From the time I walked in till the time I left every person in the clinic made sure I was helped and comfortable. I do not like eye exams and this was my first time considering glasses. The staff was very professional. Dr. Mike made sure to explain what he was doing and also the results in language I could understand. The location is easy to get to. The prices were not the cheapest but were instead a great value, you get what you pay for and I am very pleased with what I got and the price that I paid for it. I recommend the Plano Eye Clinic to any one, you will not be disappointed with the service, products or price. The staff called me the day after and then again two weeks later to check up on me and provide assistance, it showed me they care about the customer even after the sale.

Everyone was nice from the appointment set up to the actual appointment. I was greeted and told I would be called soon. I was taken back to get my machine tests done before I saw the Doctor. When tests were completed, Doctor was in to view past and present eye tests. The Doctor called me back to examine room and made me feel very comfortable. He did his tests on my eyes and carried conversation with me that made me feel good. He explained that my eye sight changed a bit from last visit and wrote prescription and walked me out to eye consultant. Even though o didnt purchase my glasses then, I was treated great. Great experience all together. People and office were pleasant. I will return again. I also brought my Mom in for her yearly visit. Great group of people.

Dr Phillips and the staff at Plano Eye Clinic are absolutely excellent. Friendly greeting, everything stayed on time, and Dr Phillips took all the time necessary to do a very thorough examination. He answered all questions, and even proposed lower cost options of treating my eye care needs. The sales consultant was very forthcoming with all the costs and options, with no pressure. I would, and already have, recommend Plano Eye Clinic to my family and friends - we have no more precious gift than our sight and I trust them to take care of mine.

Dr. Mike is very thorough in his exams, explains what he is doing and why, makes you feel at ease when examining you. He answers questions you might have. His office staff is very friendly and helpful , offering you water if you want it. . There is a TV in the waiting room which shows different things about the eyes, diseases, what causes them, causes and treatments. This helps your waiting time seem shorter. Ive been seeing Dr Mike for about 15 years and never been dissapointed in way, form, or fashion. Tommie

I enjoyed meeting Dr. Phillips, and I learned things about my eyes that I hadnt heard from other optometrists. But I do not like the bifocals I bought from another place - Ive had them for two weeks, and my vision is still very distorted. Im going to take them back and have the lenses changed to the single vision prescription Dr. Phillips gave me.

They really show that they care about your vision. Regardless of where I have moved in the DFW area and I am a distance away, I still return to this location for my vision needs.

Ive always had a great experience with Dr. Phillips. I wait less than 5 minutes before he sees me. The last time I was in, my glasses were a bit loose and the technician spent quite a bit of time to replace a part and make sure my glasses fit perfectly--no charge for this service.
