I am not always a good patient, especially when it comes to dental work. I was tortured by a cranky Dentist when I was growing up. Never used Novicane!! Ouch!! I had made an appt to speak with Dr Bustos regarding concerns and questions regarding how she would complete the work I needed done. Im the type:"Hurt me I dont come back". I had a positive feeling regarding the care plan we discussed. I wanted to wait until I had several of the appointments completed before I wrote this review. Wanted to see if all continued as I felt it would!! After my first appt for a root canal and crown, Dr Bustos held true to our discussion and everything was a breeze!! No pain, I listened to my IPod till all was done. We had discussed other health issues I had that could cause interruptions along the way. She allowed me to do what ever I needed and would continue on when my crazy body would allow us to!! I would highly recommend Dr Bustos to any one, especially us chickens!!!! It was wonderful to have a dentist locally, and didnt have long trips into San Antonio, saved money too!! She was a wonderful find at Dr Dental!!!

I went in for a cleaning and its a very transactional experience. The people at the front desk are overstaffed so you speaking to them while they are on the phone sometime. The Dr. who cleaned my teeth was very quick and disconnected to the patient experience. She had someone assisting her who was in training and I was never told. Its important to share that information with the patient. They dont have a rinse station next to the chair which is annoying, I had to ask for mouth wash and walk to the restroom to rinse. I didnt even get a teeth cleaning kit, you know the packs of floss, gloss, paste and brush. It just felt very processed. I believe this location is part of a bigger chain. They good is that they can get you in fairly quickly. I just wasnt ad comfortable as I have been with my lovely dental office I had in my previous city. The search continues for an excellent dentist.

Dr. Bustos and her assistants are great. They have very light hands ,so very minimal pain. They do their job on time. You dont have to wait forever and spend half day like most clinics make u do. Just 1 hour or less job gets done right away. Very impressive.

Dr. Bustos is the best! I have anxiety from having plenty of dental work done in the past. Dr. Bustos made me feel comfortable and Im glad she was calm, soothing and took the time to make sure I was able to handle everything probably.

Dr. Bustos is absolutely wonderful!! I went in for a cleaning and ended up getting a some work done the same day. most doctors will resquedule on a different day bit they made it very easy
