I was in so much pain and on the brink of giving up. I was beginning to feel defeated as I walked in to what was my fourth dental screening. Growing up, I was covered through Tricare dental due to my Dads military status. I was not prepared for the hardship that accompanied trying to finance a Root canal without insurance. After hours of appointments and calling around, I was able to locate an office that networked with the discount plan, Careington Care 500. When I walked in to the Dr. Dental office in Ltyle Texas, my hopes were rather low. I had very little expectation regarding immediate action taken on my tooth. Dr. Lotz and her staff were saints. They treated me so kindly. I truly believe that Lord prompted them to call the Marbach location and request a same day apt. for me. At this point, I was almost moved to tears. I remained reluctant, however, I drove to the Marbach location with a bit of returning hope. When I arrived, I was greeted By Leti and Jessica, who were extremely attentive to my needs. Although, I knew that same day work was not promised, I was grateful for their kindness. Leti was able to locate my patient information and did not insist that I fill it out a second time. The dental tech who took my X-ray was very kind as well. She was patient and reassured me that they would try and do all that they could to help me. At this point, I was unsure if I could even afford the start of the procedure, however, my hope remained. Jessica came into the room and gave me the most incredible news along with a great payment. She was so understanding of my financial situation. She worked extremely hard at allowing me to get started with work on my mouth. Dr. Hansley was AMAZING. Her compassion almost moved me to tears several times. I couldnt thank her enough for starting the procedure and making it affordable for me. This was the first time in 72 hours that I was not crying due to pain or the denial of treatment. Her assistant, Michelle was awesome as well. She was very comforting during the procedure and attentive to both my needs as well as Dr. Hansleys. Overall, my experience with Dr. Dental was unforgettable. I am so grateful that they are in this industry. Its like finding a good mechanic; "when you know, you know". I am so grateful to have located this dental office and would recommend Dr. Hansley, Dr. Lotz, and their staff to anyone in need of dental assistance. Thank you again everyone. Somehow my review that I wrote was deleted... I had to find a new dentist after moving here. I saw this office while driving home one day and decided to call and make an appointment. Amazingly they were available for me to come in the same day! This was awesome at the time, but now when I think about it, I should have been cautious and alarmed that a dental office has that much availability. The office looks like its trying to be a club. Kind of comes off tacky and doesnt give a professional vibe. I passed on the beer. Im not sure if the idea is to make patients drunk so they can agree to whatever treatment they recommend. The doctor seemed nice, but then recommended that I have 3 of my crowns redone as they looked like they were leaky. Well Ive had them since I was 19 (15 years ago!). He also told me they could do it the same day... I just knew I had to get outa there. I told them I would think about it and come back. As soon as I said that, the friendliness vanished and they did my cleaning in a hurry and got me outa there. Went to my new dentist and none of my crowns need to be redone!

The Dr informs that you do not require work to be done right away.The call center will call you over and over to schedule right now. Even when you ask them not to on the first 5 calls. There is no way to reach the location that did your work. Only the call center. All numbers are routed to the call center. They will not give you a supervisor or managers name and will hang up on you when you question them. This is poor customer service. I asked to speak with the Dentist that did my exam. I let them know that the dentist should know why he is going to lose business.The call center informs that is not possible. I guess the call center has more education and power than the dentist. I asked to speak with the owner but, of course, they dont know who that is. I can say this, i will not provide my business or money to a company that is run strictly by people that hardly speak english and that will hound you over and over to make an appointment that you do not really need. Sounds to me as if this is a scam

General Review: Great office with courteous and professional staff and excellent hours. Detailed Review: I went to this office for the first time when my own dentist couldnt give me an appointment on a day I was in pain. It turned out I needed two wisdom teeth pulled. I had never had extractions before and I didnt know what to expect. The Dr. explained everything he was going to do and what I would feel throughout the procedure. He was very attentive and gentle and so precise that they were pulled before I knew it. I was numb and a little swollen afterwards, but I must say that I never experienced any pain at all. Ill definitely go back to have the other two wisdom teeth extracted. Im glad I walked into this office and he will be my dentist of choice from now on. I am definitely referring this office and this doctor to everyone I know.

Ive had to have extensive dental work throughout my life and had a hard time finding a good dentist in San Antonio. One Friday when most dental offices in San Antonio seemed to be closed Dr. Dental got me in for an emergency root canal and I had the best dental experience Ive ever had. I was made very comfortable throughout the whole procedure and the staff didnt seem frustrated that they were staying late for me. I even recieved follow up phone calls during the weekend to see how I was doing from the dentist. I am forever grateful to Dr. Dental and they are now the dentist of choice for my entire family. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

No wait time because not many people go back Im sure... I went in during the morning and had to come back later in the afternoon to more thorough cleaning. I ended up waiting 70 minutes past my scheduled time to get into my appointment. The main dentist I dealt with was as useful as a fish. The actually cleaning and dental work itself felt like they rushed me out of there. Normally I never write online reviews, but as a dentist is a fairly large part of peoples lives I felt like I should write a review for this place. I would never recommend any visit this office unless you had a extremely dire dental issue and everywhere else was booked.

Had our daughters first dentist appointment today. Waited an hour after our appointment to even given a room to be seen by the doctor. She literally just looked inside her mouth and that was that. Charged us $39 because apparently our daughter wasnt showing up under Tricare even though shes been covered since birth. Do NOT go here unless you would like to bash your brains in from insanity. This is seriously the worst experience Ive ever encountered from any dentistry. Never coming here again even if my life depends on it.
