My initial appointment on 1010/12/2016 was at 10:45a.m. and I checked in on time, I was not called back until 11:50a.m. After being called back they stated that I was there for a periodic exam, (Which I was not). I informed them that I needed to get a filling in #28 tooth which should have been done a few months ago, but due to my anxieties about dentist, I procrastinated on returning. They said oh, we had you for something else but we will call Dr. Graves in and he will let you know what we can do. I informed them that waiting an hour already was not acceptable and doing nothing, would cause me to be upset. At no time did anyone let me know that they were running behind and the wait time would be longer. I took off of work to come in at the scheduled time. Dr. Graves comes in and assesses the tooth, and states that he recommends a root canal and a crown. This would cost more than $2000.00. Being that I did not have this money, i opted for an extraction.. He stated that he could do it later that day, and also rebuild the filling that fell out of a tooth repaired earlier in the year. I was scheduled for 2:45 pm. for the extraction., due to anxieties about the dentist because of bad experiences, i have had traumatic experiences, so explaining this experience you will understand. I sat in chair and mentioned to the Dr. that I need extra numbing medicine and that i was very nervous. Dr. Graves did a good job with trying to keep my anxieties down. He tried to extract tooth and he could not grasp it. The tugging and pulling and the drill may my anxieties peak and I was terrified. End result, he could not get the entire tooth because it kept breaking off. He said I had to go to the oral surgeon to get the remaining piece. As of todays date, i am still shocked , not because Dr. Graves, was not good, but because, I went in to have a painful tooth removed and parts of it is still in my head. Dr. Graves did his best,

I have been attending this office since it opened over a couple of years ago. As an existing patient, I have had a range of experiences, but now that the Dentist and hygienist have turned over, I can say I enjoy my experience more than ever now. Dr. Savarti is professional and asks questions. She ensures youre comfortable with the procedure before, during, and after. Although I have only gotten fillings, I can say they were done well here. I would say the office as a whole has had to work on timeliness. I think since Aspen is a corporation, they push the office to schedule as many appointments as possible, which is why new patients cant get in as easily. As an existing patient, I can usually get filled in an open slot in the same week for a filling or a cleaning. When I first came to Aspen, it was the new patient deal, wait a couple of months for your appointment, wait a couple of more for your filling. I dont experience that anymore with them, so I think their staff has gotten the hang of it. If you want a neighborhood doctor, then pick another place. But if you travel, as I do, there are Aspen Dentals in other places in the country they can transfer your files to.

Only thing good about this office is that. I got a tooth pulled and it wasnt as painful as other dentals. But with that said when they pulled my tooth they messed up the tooth that was beside it. And when I went back to show them they said it wasnt their fault. LIKE WTF you were the only ones in my mouth. The other tooth could have been saved. As a result I still need more work done. When they gave me a print out of what needed to be done it was over 8000 dollars. This is not real because after i compare it to my insurance it was overly price. Dont buy any products from them like mouth wash. Make them give you a prescribe for it trust it like 30 dollars cheaper then what they have it for. Beware of this office. Im writing this review because I want people to know that "You" have the right and last saying dont take their word over nothing research everything you dont have to prepay for appointments if you dont want too. I hate that this dental office is horrible because they are like the few that are open on the weekend. Describe your experience

Scheduled my first appointment with them for 3:30 and I was there by 3, with paperwork already completed. They said that I never confirmed my appointment when they called and I would have to reschedule. They NEVER called me, I even checked my call log to see if I missed a call and nothing. The receptionist said she would talk to the office manager to see if they could get me in, but kept hinting that it was my fault for not answering their (nonexistent) call. I waited for 45 minutes for the manager and then was told that they couldnt get me in, but would reschedule me for tomorrow at 6pm. An hour later, I get a call to confirm my 12pm appointment. I have an exam at 12:30, so I told her that my appointment was supposed to be at 6 after I got out of work. She said that it was already booked by somebody else. After a small argument, I just decided to cancel my appointment and go with a more professional place that knows how to read a calendar. The receptionist was nice, but that was the only positive experience I had.

I would NEVER recommend this dental office to anyone! I went on 2/23/17 for a procedure. They charge me AND then tell me they cant perform the procedure. At that time they advised me it would take 7 to 10 business days for me to receive a refund. As of 3/8/17 I had yet to receive my refund. I called and they said the office manager would call me back. Today 3/10/17 I still hadnt received a call back so I called their office again. The receptionist said she would have the office manager call me. This was at 9 am today. As of 12:30 I have yet to receive a call back so I drove to their office. The office manager came out and said they just processed my refund so it should show in my account within the next 7 to 10 business days. So now I have to wait ANOTHER 7 to 10 business days! When I asked her why she hadnt called me she said Ive been busy and have 24 to 48 hours to call you back. Well it was OVER 48 days and she still didnt call me!! I would NEVER EVER use this office again!!!!!!!!!!

They are annoying and inconsiderate of your time. I called to schedule an appointment because I cracked my tooth and was in excruciating pain. I told them that I have a certain type of insurance and she scheduled the appointment for the very next time. I came to my appointment and then the receptionist tells me that they do not take that insurance. However, I just spoke to one of your representatives YESTERDAY and she told me otherwise. I walked out there very upset and frustrated. Very unprofessional !!! The receptionist was very forgiving though and assured me they would indeed see me. However I did not see the point in starting services if I wasnt going to stay. Word of advice: MAKE SURE THEY TAKE YOUR INSURANCE BEFORE YOU GO UP THERE. ASK TWICE BECAUSE CLEARLY THEIR RECEPTIONISTS ARENT ALL COMPETENT. :)
