My family and I just ADORE Dr. M at All Smiles Dentistry (NOT, I repeat NOT to be confused with the All Smiles that youve seen on the news scamming Medicade in Texas and other states by putting braces on children that dont need them!!!!!) This is a family practictioner that actually cares about each and every patient that comes through her door....Shes even called me on a weekend to check on me when I had some emergency work done on a Friday! What we REALLY love about Dr. M and her staff is that they have small hands!!! Have you ever been to a dentist with huge hands??? It is impossible to open your mouth wide enough for them!!! (Oh yes, and they offer gas for those of us who are absolute chickens!!!) But the tiny hands were a HUGE plus!!! From the happy receptionist, Maggie, to the hygenist, Crystal, to the office manager and massage artist James.....everyone in the office is just wonderful!

They really listen, they care- Catherine the dentist is a great lady, she talks to you, she works with your budget for a long term solution & does great work. Since she is a lady doc, her hands are small which is nice in a dentist. (think about it) She spent time talking to me directly instead of nominating her tech. She treated me like a person. The staff is really kind, funny, just like her they pay attention and treat you well. I had horrid experiences with other dentists, fake platitudes & concern that lasts as long as your insurance. This place is different- you should go.

My experience at All Smiles Dentistry has been awesome! Everybody there is so nice and actually engage in conversation with you! Everytime I go, Crystal and Dr. Mentesana remember me and always ask me how Im doing. Dr. M is amazing. She and her family are such nice people! This is the first dentist that I feel really cares about me not just my teeth! If you are looking for a great dentist, call Maggie at All Smiles Dentistry. She is super nice and funny, and she will do her best to make sure you get an appointment with Dr. M as soon as possible.

Quality service all the way around. Staff is attentive and they really make you feel like your at home!! I love the fact Dr. Mentesana actually spends the time to get to know you and you dont feel like just another patient. It really helps when you are doing anything other than a regular cleaning (i.e having to get that good old fashioned cavity filled). She has always made me feel very comfortable and safe. Have been to many dentists in a life time and I have to say she is the best there is!

FABULOUS experience, I am so happy to of found a dentist who cares about getting the right plan in action so in the end my pain is gone. I have had dental pain for about the last 24 months and today is the first time I am able to think about something else besides the pain. Dr Mentesan and staff (especially Maggie who is wonderful with the insurance and all the multi-tasking she does) If you are looking for the best Dentist in Allen, TX or surrounding area this is the one!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mentesana for years. The office keeps their appointments on schedule. You are not only a patient but a person to all the staff. All the work I have had done has been performed "Painlessly and of the Highest Quality" and I never dread going to the dentist anymore. Dr. Mentesana has always explained in detail the work needing to be performed and any options such as implants, bridge work, etc. so the best decision can be made for me.

I have been coming to All Smiles since 2003. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed by Maggie at the front desk with a smile. Crystal, the dental hygienist is amazing! She makes you feel comfortable and puts you at ease. Dr. Mentesana is very friendly and efficient. I could go somewhere closer to home but I choose to make the drive here because of the friendly staff.

This is the first dentist that Ive ever been to that really works hard to make sure you are comfortable with the procedures even if its just a cleaning. Dr. M and Crystal are amazing and Maggie is always great with managing the schedules and answering questions. They have always called or emailed to check on all of family after the more involved visits. Highly recommend!!

They are amazing! They worked with me to make sure my insurance was working correctly. I had gone to another dentist that was unwilling to put forth the effort that All Smiles did to ensure my insurance was going through the right way. They were great during the exam at explaining what everything meant and curteous during my short wait to see Dr. Mentesana.

Best dentist office! The staff is really sweet. I truly enjoy seeing each and every one of them. Dr. M cares about your mouth. Its scary at times because the technology used will uncover any "skeletons", but its best to remedy things at the start. I genuinely feel the health of my mouth is 100% better since Ive been going.
