I highly recommend this practice! Dr. Torrens-Parker is very knowledgeable and its always a pleasure to visit with her. She is really sweet and takes the time to discuss all my concerns without me feeling rushed or unimportant. She is also great with children! As for procedures, she has replaced several crowns for me, done multiple fillings for me and the family and most importantly fixed my front teeth ( I grind my teeth at night). She gave me beautiful porcelain veneers. Its been 3 years and they are still going on strong! Most importantly, Dr. Torrens-Parker timely diagnosed my older son with a rare jaw condition. Thanks to her meticulous clinical eye, my son was able to get a life-changing jaw replacement surgery before it was too late to correct. The Allen Family Dental staff is also great. From booking appointments to figuring out financials, this practice is all around awesome!

Best dental office Ive been to! Other places Ive been had long wait times even when no one else was in the lobby, not so friendly staff, and it just felt cold and business like. Allen Family makes you very welcome and comfortable. Missy and Crystal at the front desk are always friendly and inviting. Jennifer the hygentist is very sweet and knowledgeable, and doesnt shame you into taking better care of your teeth. Doctor Parker and Lizardi do their best to make you feel comfortable and answers any questions you might have, they are also very accommodating - they even tweaked the way they work on my teeth because I have trouble breathing through my nose. As a bonus there are TVs on swivels that hang above the dental chairs so you can watch while they work on your teeth. All in all this office is great and I hope to go here for many years to come.

My wife and I were looking for a family dentist in the area and gave a try based on the Google review. The office is practically new, clean. The equipment looks new and updated. The waiting time is excellent. I hate to wait long from appointment time to get the treatment. Izabela, the assistant, called me shortly after I am ready. Dr. Lina explained the condition thoroughly and answered my questions patiently. I cannot say I can trust her only by one visit, but I can see she is knowledgeable and reliable and hope we can stay with her office in long term. Amber is nice too. When I walked out, she gave me the list of treatments along with the patient out-of-pocket, so I will not be caught by surprise. And she did not push for appointment either. I will definitely recommend Dr. Linas office. Great people shall deserve great rating.

Hi there! My name is Misty and I actually work for Dr. Lizardi @ this office. I have been in the dental field for over 15 years and I can honestly say that this is the best office I have worked for in many aspects. We have a great atmosphere from the time you walk in for your appointment through the time you leave the office. It is very comfortable and inviting for both adults and children. We are also a very efficient office with a very pleasant staff who all work well together. I truly believe these are some of the traits that are needed to have a great dental office! I recently moved to North Texas from California and have found that finding medical/dental/vision care is a pretty hefty task. I’m not a picky customer, but I am into communication and respect. I believe in the power of the consumer. Cutting to the chase, I was delighted to find Allen Family Dental, I was met with a great attitude and a Dentist that was very knowledgeable in her field. The staff is courteous, the dental recommendations were on point and the vibe was awesome. There was no up-selling or pressure. It didnt hurt that they have TV screens in the room to keep you occupied mentally while having work done. I highly recommend Allen Family Dental, I have my entire family switched over as I respect the work and attitude of the staff.

I recently had a dental implant surgery performed by Dr Lizardi. I had toothache and saw an endodoncist who told me that I had a cyst below a tooth. I visited an oral surgeon who advised me to get a biopsy. I wanted a second opinion and visited Dr. Lizardi. She quickly identified that the root canal had failed and caused an infection. The lesion was very close to the nerve and the prognosis was poor. I had a tooth extraction and after four months an implant placed. Everything has been very successful without any complication. I am very thankful with her services. She is a very skilled dentist, professional and honest. Her staff is well trained and courteous.

My husband and I recently moved to Plano and discovered Dr. Lizardi through a mailer that we received. We scheduled appointments and have both been her patients over the last few weeks. We are both recent college graduates who have been in need of dental attention for some time. I am so glad we found Dr. Lizardi and her staff! We both felt comfortable in her office and feel that the quality of work we received was substantial. We are excited to have found our family dentist! I recently went to Dr. Lizardi via the strong recommendation of a close friend who knew I was looking for a change. My experience was very pleasant. The office accomodated my work schedule by seeing me at 7am and welcomed me cheerfully upon arrival in her brand new, very modern dental office. I was impressed with the up to date dental equipment and the comfort of the office. Dr. Lizardi was very personable and walked me through the procedures she was performing and clearly explained her recommendations for dental improvements in the future. This morning I was in a panic because my daughters had a wire from her braces poking into her cheek. The orthodontist office did not open until 9 am, and I needed to get some relief for my daughter, drop her off at school, and get to work. I stopped by Allen Family Dental (our family dentist), and Dr. Lizardi took my daughter in right away and took care of the problem with the wire. My daughter and I were greatly relieved and appreciative. If you are looking for a top-notch, modern, and compassionate dentist with an excellent staff, look no further. Dr Lizardi practices a form of dentistry that is not often seen today. Very often a patient will fill out medical history which a dentist may or not refer to in conversations with the patient. Therefore, it is unknown if the dentist is taking into account some of the medical issues at the time of dental treatment. Dr Lizardi on the other hand, makes it very clear that the medical issues of each family member is discussed and how that might be impacted by the dental treatment being performed. It illustrated that Dr Lizardi was very competent and knowledgeable, and it inspired confidence. David H.
