Went in to see Dr. James Watson for a 2nd opinion (highly recommended by my friend/ neighbor). I am so grateful that I did, as Dr. Watson confirmed my overly aggressive suspicious diagnoses from the first Dentist visited. He was able to work me into his schedule within 2 days for treatment. I was very highly impressed, pleased & satisfied with the beautiful cosmetic finish that Dr. Watson completed for my smile.!! Also, his staff was very inviting, helpful and friendly from my initial call. As for the Dr. himself and assistant (Maureen) -- AWESOME !! Going forward, this is my new Dentist, and I will highly recommend him to anyone in a Heartbeat ! Manuel M.

Dr. Watson has taken care of our family for more than 15 years. His clinical staff is the very best. I broke a tooth this week, and Dr. Watson got me in right away. I am a practicing physician, and more than once I have complimented Dr. Watson on his "good hands" as well as his gentle, compassionate approach to patient care. Over the years I have seen him diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, and his knowledge is exceptional. There is very little staff turnover, since his employees love and respect him, and they are highly trained and cheerful. Dr. Watson is one of the most respected providers in Dallas, and he has earned his five-star rating.

I have had the pleasure of having Dr. Tommy Shultz be my Dentist since 1978. He is absolutely the best in regard to his knowledge of dental procedures. I have never had anything even close to a negative experience over this period of time. I feel very fortunate to have this group of Dentist at my disposal! In addition, his staff is extremely professional. My knowledge of proper dental care (personal) is very high thanks to the instruction they have given me over the years. Great office staff and team!! Dr. Watson Jr. did a phenomenal job at putting us at ease, explaining the process, treatment and recommendations. We left in 2 hours with a new crown - didnt have to come back for a second visit. Highly recommend Dr. Watson and team. We have no reservations about returning. On a recent visit for a bite guard - we realized we wouldnt be able to make the second appointment so we had to reschedule for a later date but Dr. Watson Jr. provided us with a temporary guard to hold us over! I cant say enough great things about this team, office staff (I leave laughing every time and not from nitrous!).

Ive been a patient with Dr. Shultz for at least 19-20 years and do not trust anyone else for dental care! As a child, I was extremely anxious and fearful of the dentist but once under Dr. Shultz and his teams care, I have felt comfortable going to the dentist ever since. I always know I will receive exceptional care. In fact, I had tried another dentist when I moved for college but immediately returned to Dr. Shultz so he could fix what they messed up! Everyone is always friendly, informative, knowledgeable and attentive. I always recommend friends and family to Dr. Shultz if they need dental care.

My family and I have been seeing Drs.Shultz and Watson for over thirty years and have found them to be very professional and accommodating. They take the time necessary to explain what has to be done and will work around your schedule to ensure the corrective actions are completed. There is virtually no staff turnover so you see the same people on every visit. Another plus is that they file all insurance paperwork which saves much time and hassle. Now that Dr. Watsons son has joined the firm, I would expect more of the same professionalism that we have come to enjoy and expect.

We took our three year old to Dr. Watson for his first visit. Right outside the entry my son decided he was not going to get his teeth cleaned and started throwing a fit. The staff at the office came to my aid and immediately made my son feel calm and even had him laughing. When it was time for his check up he walked into the room like a champ. The staff did a great job of explaining to him what was going on and was very gentle with the cleaning. My son told me that night that his favorite part of his day was going to the dentist! Great job!

My wife went to their practice first. I followed on her recommendation. I should have gone earlier. I was a white knuckle dental patient. Not any more. In the years that I have been their patient, I have NEVER felt any pain including a root canal and several crowns. I had a tooth that was giving me some minor pain and they just adjusted my bite slightly by grinding down another tooth. No expensive drill and fill etc. I gave them a 5 star rating only because that was the highest available rating. They really deserve at least a 10 star rating.

Dr. Watson has been my wife and my dentist for over 20 years. We have never been more satisfied as we have with him. As an engineer, he has shown me his up-to-date equipment which he uses well. As one of those people who do not use deadening of my jaw, I vouch for the care he gives! I have even had a root canal without any pain-killer! Dr. Watson gets our hearty endorsement. We give a five star rating!

Dr. Tommy B. Shultz is the best Dentist in our area. He can expertly treat most situations but if he cant he refers you to another professional thats as well qualified as he is. He has been our dentist for over 30 years and we have referred a number of our friends to him and he is still their dentist as well. He is smart, funny and kind. I have been going to Dr. Shultz and also my kids for about 19 years. Ive had some pretty major work done through the years, and never any pain! I consider he and his staff friends of the family. He always makes us laugh too! He and his entire office staff get 10 out of 5 stars!! I will not go to anyone else in the Metroplex as long as he is doing dental work! Thumbs up and up!!

I have been treated by Dr. Watson for approximately 15 years. He and his staff have shown only extreme professionalism and competence on every visit. Dr. Watson even came to the office on a Sunday to respond to an emergency on my teeth when I was on my way out of town. Since I am a senior citizen, He has worked with me to keep my dental expenses to an acceptable level.

Ive been a patient here for about 17 years and love all the staff. Dr. Tommy retired, whom I cherished, but Dr. Matt came in and we couldnt be happier with him. We dont even live close anymore, but I dont mind making the commute to keep my relationship with a dentist office I can truly trust and who genuinely care about me and my family. Im so very thankful for them!
