This place is wonderful! Im new in town and needed to get my checkup and exam, I chose this dentist based on proximity to where I live and the good reviews. From the moment I walked in the decor in the lobby was beautiful and peaceful, the receptionists were all smiling and happy. You can tell they all enjoy where they work as well as what they do. Theyre efficient and on top of things up front. My hygienist Susan was so warm and friendly when she greeted me, she is truly and professional! She explained each step in the process and why its done, (never had that happen, EVER!) She even made sure my hair wouldnt get caught in the machine where I was getting a full sinus, jaw and teeth x-ray! She made comfortable small talk and listened to me when I spoke verses pretending to listen. Shes the best! Then Dr. Fleming came in to do my exam which he promptly did but then he stopped took the time to talk to me and to get to know me as well as told me about himself. He was relaxed and nice, he smiled and made me feel so comfortable. It seems everyone there has worked together for years and years and you can tell because the vibe is awesome. If you need a great dentist, come here. If youre afraid of the dentist, come here. If your dentistry stinks and you want to see how the best does it, come here. It was just an all around wonderful experience I look forward to future visits!

Went to them for the first time. My husband raved about them. I am terrified of dentists even for these routine cleanings but he assured me they couldnt have been better. The nitrous was broken and I tried to tell them three or four times that it wasnt working. They didnt figure out the problem until after the cleaning was over and my fingernails had clawed thru my palms from white knuckling it. Then they found 6 cavities? Ive been going regularly to another dentist who had weaned me off halcion to nitrous and I didnt have any cavities so within 8 months I all of a sudden developed 6? Not sure which one is pulling my chain but one of them is. Plus now they want me back on halicon on top of $400 to get my mouth back "up to par". I left in tears and in pain and my mouth didnt feel any cleaner than my normal brushing.. To make it worse, when i was at checkout in tears one lady asked if the scheduler made me cry and she said no but wait till she hears how much it will be for her fillings. SERIOUSLY? I dont know how they fell completely thru the cracks today since all of their other reviews are outstanding but i just didnt see it.

I have been going to Richardson Dentistry since 1998 and I love them! They have always been so great with booking appointments. The girls at the front desk are beyond friendly and have smiles on their face. The office is one of my favorites! It is so cozy in the waiting room. Kandal is my dental hygienist and she is wonderful! I love seeing her. She is so friendly! The new group of guys that have taken over from Nutt and Pietsch are fantastic as well. Very friendly and easy going. I live in The Colony and work in Plano and STILL drive over to see you guys! I want my daugther to go there as well! She is 2 years old. I want her to enjoy the cute little waiting room! Richardson Dentistry is definitely the place to go!

First of all, great people to serve you. Helpful in getting good appointment times. I never have felt they were trying to push me into an unnecessary procedure. They explain the what and whys of all they recommend. They are willing to try a less expensive procedure if they feel it might also work. If I ever thought I might need my medication for pain adjusted, which I normally dont, they will stop and take care of the situation. Theyve added a cool Keurig Coffee station, but they are too fast! I never got a chance to try it out before I was called in. ..and they always offer you a flower to take home, too.

My husband and I have been going to Richardson Dentistry for many years!!! We even switched for about a year due to insurance and ended up coming back anyway!! We now have our two young children there too and they do wonderful!! I love the dental care they provide without trying to sell things that arent necessarily needed! Wonderful staff!! We love Cynthia as she has been our hygienist all these years and we made a smooth transition from Dr. Pietsch and Dr. Nutt to Dr. Fleming and Dr. Guirguis!! Highly recommend Richardson Denistry!!!

My entire family visits Richardson Dentistry. They are professional and kind. The whole staff is wonderful to work with. My daughter is young and they were so kind and compassionate at her 1st cleaning, she was begging to go back the very next day. They dont over treat or push treatments on you that you dont need. This is so refreshing to me after leaving a local chain type dentist office that was constantly pushing extra and likely excessive treatments. 5 star service from star to end. Great work Richardson Dentistry!!

Ive been going to Richardson Dentistry for years and have nothing but positive things to say! The staff is super friendly and I know Im in good hands! When I first moved to Dallas I tried two other dentists and both just seemed to want my money and for me to buy all kinds of extra services (including veeners...I was only 25 at the time!). Never once has Richardson Dentistry suggested anything that wasnt necessary...Ive had one cavity filled and thats it besides regular cleanings! I have complete confidence in them!

I have always been fearful of dentists, but the dentists and their staff at Richardson Dentistry have put me at ease every visit. They listen fully to all of my concerns and questions. Its even pleasant to talk to them on the phone! They never seem rushed, or too busy to talk to you. On the contrary, they make you feel welcome. All of the work I have had done has been highly satisfactory and the treatment plans are reasonable-even for those of us who dont make terrific salaries.

I have gone to Richardson Dentistry (formerly Drs. Nutt & Pietch) for many years. Everyone in the office is outstandingly friendly and helpful. They stay on top of the latest and best methods used in dentistry. They have taken the fear out of this old ladys lifetime of dental experiences. The new dentists who are phasing into the practice have done nothing to change the warm atmosphere that has made me feel so at home. Thank you for taking such good care of my dental needs!
