Actually, this is Maggie Whitehead, not Bill. Bill is my husband. Nevertheless, we have been going to Dr. Barnes for so many years I have lost count. Dr. Barnes and his friendly, cheerful staff are dynamite! Office wide from the front desk with Chan and Kym (and the free bottled water and coffee), to the hygenist Suzanne and assistants Sabrina and Amy, you are immediately put to ease. Everyone makes you feel like nothing else but you matters. Service and commitment to quality care is obvious. Dr. Barnes, like the staff he employs, is not only competent and talented but also genuinely interested in you and your health as a patient. I am very pleased and satisfied with the various work Dr. Barnes has done for me and family members throughout the years. I never feel pressured either. In addition, I feel the prices charged here are competitive. I cant recommend this practice high enough!

I moved to McKinney in 2003 and was fortunate enough to find a wonderful dentist like Dr Barnes. I have now lived near Little Elm for 4 yrs, but still make the trek to McKinney because I wouldnt trust my dental care with anyone other than Dr Barnes. He always takes the time to answer my health care questions and makes me feel like Im a VIP-Very Important Patient! I love Shan, Amy, and Suzanne - theyre absolutely wonderful! I have the utmost regard for Dr Barnes and his staff!

Dr. Barnes and his staff are absolutely amazing! I moved to McKinney five years ago and found his dental office. Since then, Ive moved 45 minutes away to Euless and I still drive back to see them. I wont trust anyone else with my dental work! It is always a pleasant visit from when I walk in and visit with Chan, to having my teeth cleaned by Suzanne, through to completing my dental treatment plan with Dr. Barnes and Amy. Dr. Barnes and staff are incredible! My family has been going to Dr. Barnes for 7 years now. Not only is he incredibly thorough and patient, Dr. Barnes is also a perfectionist--exactly what you want/need when it comes to your teeth! :) Ive recommended at least 4 new families to Dr. Barnes, all of which are still using him to this day. He is definitely the best dentist in McKinney, Texas, and I highly recommend him to anyone who asks!

Dr. Barnes is the BEST! Beautiful facility, great staff, always on time, very caring and always concerned about your comfort. Ive found his insurance estimates for more extensive work (like crowns) to be very accurate. Ive been his patient for many years and I cant say enough good things about him and his practice. First class operation - you cant go wrong if you are considering changing dentists.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Barnes for nearly 10 years. Dr. Barnes and his entire staff set the bar at its highest for friendly and professional service. We have both had many dental procedures performed and have been pleased with the thorough explanation of the procedure and well as the attention to comfort during the work. Highly recommend Dr. Barnes for excellent dental care!

James and hygienists are great. Had a major issue with office manager who did not give full disclosure on quote for deep cleaning fit my wife. What we thought was going to be $200 ended up $750. Could not prove she gave correct quote merely a he said she said issue. Watch out for her. I would look elsewhere. To many other good dentists in McKinney who will give you full disclosure.

Extremely well ran practice, with superb patient care. If you are looking for a conservative practice, where services patient does not need are not pushed, this is the place. Staff is friendly, facility is tidy and clean with modern equipment, everyone is super smart, atmosphere is relaxed and service is efficient. I love them!
