My wife made an appointment for me here last Wednesday, they called to double check and confirm the appointment two days before i was due to come in. They had already confirmed my insurance so when i came in i only had to fill out a couple forms, the receptionist (Penny) was fantastic, very helpful and polite. I probably waited 20 minutes before Eerin (i believe that it was how it was spelled) came in got me from the waiting room. She was fantastic! I am always a nervous wreck when i go to hospital offices or dentists, not really sure why but i always am. She was so courteous, polite, and helpful that i automatically felt right at home. They did some basic screening stuff, took some x-rays, and generally just poked around. After she did that she went over the results, told me about what needed to be done, and said the doctor would be in shortly to go over the results with me as well. When the doctor came in she introduced herself (sorry but i forgot her name! :( ) but she too was also very polite, went over what needed to be done, asked me if i had any questions and sent me on my way. At no time was i pressured into buying anything or told i needed to get something done that i didnt think was necessary. Penny then came over to discuss what my insurance would and would not cover, printed out the form of what needed to be done and told me to call and schedule an appointment whenever i was ready to get the proceedings done. I dint have a co pay or anything when i left, no surprise bill waiting for me at the door lol Overall i had a wonderful experience, which i dint believe i could have since dentist are not usually notorious for great service. I will definitely be scheduling another appointment to finish up with my dental work and my wife will probably be going there shortly as well. Hope this helps! -Shane

Came to have a routine exam and a cleaning as part of my insurance. Was informed that I needed a deep cleaning at additional cost for me. Told them that I simply wanted the included cleaning as part of my plan; I had no budget for additional dentistry at this time. The dentist told me that I certainly would decide to have additional cleaning done with no pressure from them. I said "no thank you". Then they told me that they would not perform the cleaning at al. They simply refused to do anything else. I feel cheated that they stole my pre-paid service and time that I had taken away from work. This place is simply looking to take your money by forcing additional work on you - to pay for their college or their kids college. And when they cannot trick a patient into paying up for these "services", I guess the patient is no longer "profitable" and dropped accordingly. The place apparently have recently changed ownership and staff.

I am almost 60 years old and this was the worst dental mistake I ever made. :( Just got the insurance paperwork that they submitted. They billed them over 1700 dollars for cleaning and exam not counting the 93 dollars I had to pay out of my pocket the day of services. EEEEEKK! STAY AWAY!!!!
