I called to schedule a new patient appointment. I was eager to get something on the books for any Thurs or Fri withing the next 4 months, but the call took 30 minutes and after 3 attempt the admin couldnt figure out how to book me an appointment. I am extremely disappointed after I received a strong recommendation from my friend who is a current patient. However, if this is any indication of what kind of service I will get from the staff during bookings, I will search elsewhere.

Dr. Lavedan is the pediatrician for both our children and the PCP for my husband and I. She is always kind and caring. She doesnt treat her patients like a number, nor does she rush in her care for you. She sits and listens and gets to know her patients. Weve been very pleased with the care received and look forward to being patients with Dr. Lavedan for many more years to come.

Dr. Lavedan is attentive and friendly. She really takes the time to get to know her patients. My appointments have always been close to their scheduled time and I never feel hurried or rushed along. Her nursing staff is also very friendly.
