There was absolutely no one in the lobby the whole time I was there, no one walked in and yet they wouldnt see my sick kids until 6 in the afternoon because they were full? Maybe there was another waiting room with all the people. With no one in the lobby I would have hoped to have seen the staff go ask if he was available to see the kids then. Both with fevers and my daughter with bloody nose issues.
