If I could give no starts I would, wait time is always horrible because he loves money and just wants to schedule as many people as he can, I dealt with that for two years but this situation recently took the cake and Ill NEVER go back. My two year old had bumps everywhere and was very ichy and irritated so I scheduled an appt with this clown, at the visit he said this the bumps were some type of bug bites and he prescribed her some Benadryl..it got worse a day later so I took her to Childrens skip to the good part.....we found out she had hand, foot, and mouth virus...SOMETHING A DOCTOR SHOULDVE KNOWN or even thought about BUT NOOO I HAD TO PAY A copay for the doctor visit and a freaking EXPENSIVE ER visit. When all Dr. Urrutia couldve just took his time and just cared a little bit about my child. I DO NOT RECOMMENED THIS CON ARTIST. HE JUST WANTS TO GET PAID HE DOESNT AND WILL NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDS WELL BEING

Dr. Urrutia is the best their is always aptt available everyone in my family has goen their my little brother and now im taking my son the staff has amazing service the people that talk bad about him is because they have nothing better to do and when the Dr. recomends your kid to get a flue shot for their own good you need to get if not thet will get a wooping cough and their staff do have scrubs on their not teenagers for your info high school students do go through a course and they can get their medical assistant certification but what they are doing is their intership before opening your mouth get better infomed!!! I dislike ignorant people!!!!

The doctor is good but the wait time is really really sad. Lets just say dont ever take your child if he/she is sick. Yould probably do better going to the ER. I thnk its because he is trying to clean up on Medicaid. And the little helpers that he has working there are not professional at all. You never know if they work there are if there High school kids off the street. Meaning that they dont wear scubs and they are very young. BEST DOCTOR IS JANNETTE SEJOUR-WHITE IN LANCASTER. SHE IS THE BEST AND THE WAIT TIME IS ABOUT 5 MINUTES ON AVERAGE.

I wish i didnt have to give it a star at all. the wait time was horrible. My daughter was so sick that we took her to see her Dr. Her appointment was at 10:30 and she saw her doctor at 12 almost one. The medical assistants were rude. After i moved i finally got my daughter the proper treatment and it turned out my daughter had whooping cough. Dr. Urrutia insisted it was because i refused to give her a flu shot but doctors in TN gave her proper treatment. Best advice is to avoid this hole in the wall all together!

1 off the wait time is RIDICULOUS secondly my 9 month old went for her regular check up. Constantly asked about her coughing and tugging on her ears he checked it and said everything was fine. The next day she was wheezing and had to be taken to the hospital. Come to find out she had a really bad ear infection and pneumonia. Do not recommend this place. Hes very old and needs to retire in my opinion!

I like the doctor if not I would not take my daughter there. However the waiting time to see the doctor is ridiculous. If you have time this is the place for you. On average I wait more than two hours to see the doctor for less than 5 minutes. There have been times that I had waited 3 hours.

My kids have been coming here since birth, the wait is ridiculously long. Then when you come early to avoid the long wait. They tell you, you can only sign in 15 minutes before your scheduled time. They are always extremely slow. I rather sit in the emergency room.

H O R R I B L E horrible HORRIBLE wait time. Expect to be seen anywhere from an hour to 2 hours later than your appointment. The girls that work there are careless. Theres is nothing modern in the exam rooms all the rooms are filled with old equipment.

Our last wait time was over 2 hours in the waiting room, then had to wait another 20 minutes in the room. He seems to be a descent doctor but I believe he needs help..! Im currently looking for another pediatrician.
