We enjoyed Dr Townes and his staff, and even moved to his Midlothian office when he relocated from Desoto. We have recently changed doctors because of an unfortunate discrepancy. My husbands company closed down the morning after my son was born and we were left without insurance. I was willing to pay for my babys check up out of pocket, but when I got to the front desk to pay, they told me that the doctor wanted to waive all fees and not to worry about it. We were very thankful, until we got a bill in the mail. I called to explain the situation and they acted as though this had never taken place. Though I tried to straighten it out (and it was a measly $100), we were reported to a credit agency. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

I am so very blessed to have found such an amazing clinic. Not only is Dr. Towns a wonderful and Godly man he is informative! He explained to me in great detail as to what was going on with my daughter. Though; I was in good hands with my pediatrician before moving to the area. No one is as good as he is! The people at the front desk and nurses are amazing as well. I went in having a discouraging day and came out so very happy. The nurse took care of a dirty diaper; providing me a diaper and wipes and helped me feel better for being so disorganized. The front desk clerks were so patient and kind! God is good Im glad he brought me to this place!

Dr. Towns is awesome. We have had bad luck with other offices in the area, but he is knowledgeable, personable, and doesnt rush you through the appointment. I couldnt recommend him more.
