Teníamos cita a las 12:00pm y nos atendieron a la 1:05pm esperamos más de una hora! Cuando reclamé en recepción que teníamos casi una hora esperando y si me iban a atender a la 1:00pm porque no me hicieron la cita a la 1:00pm y no a las 12:pm. Y Una de las personas de recepción me dijo "que hacían las citas asi por si alguien cancelaba o llegaba tarde" por cierto un poco vulgar y prepotente (rude) la de reception. El lugar sucio, está cayendo polvo por los ductos del AC. Papelitos en el suelo, etc. La única excepción: las asistentes dentales sonrrientes y muy amables.

Horrible service through and through. Biggest scam artists in the world. Or at least they try to be. They feign ignorance once caught in their lies. If you have insurance, go to another place. If not, save your money. It will be worth it in the end. Do not work with yvonne, luz or dianne. They will not answer your questions or keep you on hold until you hang up. And they will not give you the corporate number to escalate a complaint.

NEVER use this dentist! OMG they closed their office doors prior to my appointment time! No calls, doors LOCKED. no answer at the listed numbers. Worst dentist EVER. Drive many many miles away if you have to, anything would be better than this!
