Been taking my son since he was 3 weeks, hate the "doctor" herself. Mrs. A. makes a distinctive point to never touch my son, EVER. The nurses are friendly but one time my son had to have wound packed for infection. (It means they stick gauze into the open wound until its no longer infected basically) well after they removed the gauze (2nd time) the nurses left the room because they will "be right back" Now imagine this... I’m sitting here with a 1 1/2 year old baby that is upset with a now OPEN wound bleeding on the patient table and me next to him trying to keep him still and calm. Waiting. For this nurse to return. This wound, mind you, was 1/2 inch long, and deep. We sit and sit and sit for an entire 35 min with this open wound listening to the nurses next door talk gossip...... waiting on either the doctor or anyone to come back with a band aid, more gauze or anything to fill this bleeding wound. I finally get upset enough and asked one of the nurses to please bring me the band aid I had been initially waiting on to cover this open hole. Then I attempt to calm my baby, re-dress him and flat out leave. One of the nurses then stop me and ask me to wait on the doctor to "asses him." OKAY FINE. The doctor comes back in after waiting another 30 min with my upset baby. She LOOKS at the hole and his overall health and goes "okay give him Tylenol and put band aids on it"... well thanks for the advice captain obvious... I sat in the room for a total of 2 hours for these morons to tell me to stick a band aid on it. p.s. we ended up going to the ER 2 days later with another full blown infection...in the same wound that the doc missed. (they were supposed to re-pack it) This is the example of just ONE unhappy service me and my insurance have shelled out for in this facility. There have been other instances where the doctor assessed MY lack of sleeping instead of my newborn son’s health and when I asked a simple question about his eating she very professionally said "its fine." No advice or anything remotely helpful given; this became a pattern. I gave this place a try Many times but im done.

If I could give this doctors office anything lower I would!!! First of all, the front desk is absolutist rude! No emotion, treats you just like a number! Second of all where do I even begin!!! Ive seen pretty much all the doctors there, Dr Aslam is by far the most UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE RACIST, DISCRIMINITVE, UNKNOWLEDGABLE ,PRETTY MUCH THE WORST DOCTOR IVE EVER SEEN!!! I saw her once and my son was incredibly sick in a LOT OF PAIN! She does the "exam" and checks his throat and basically says he has a cold with blisters oozing with puss!!!! She prescribes LIDOCAINE FOR MY 1 year old!!!!!!!! **(((I end up taking my son to the hospital later that evening and EVERYONE AT THE HOSPITAL WAS IN SHOCK BECAUSE OF THIS PRESCRIPTION THAT WAS PRESCRIBED TO MY 1 YEAR OLD!! They SPECIFICALLY TOLD ME THIS IS ONE DRUG THEY DO NOT PRESCRIBE FOR ANY ONE ESPECIALLY CHILDREN BECAUSE IT COULD CAUSE CARDIAC ARREST WITH JUST ONE DROP TOO MUCH!! )))****Im very overprotective of my one and only son so I am paranoid he has strep throat so I ask if she could please run a test!! She responds "YOURE NOT A DOCTOR AND I KNOW CHILDREN HIS AGE NEVER GET STREP THROAT!!" While shoving her shoulders she says "BUT WHATEVER IF YOU WANT ILL RUN THE TEST BUT YOURE NOT A DOCTOR!" In tears Im shaking of how upset she treated us! She comes back in and Im in tears saying how rude and mean she is and say please do not touch my child because Im scared youre going to be mean to him because youre upset with me!! I finally allow her to check his throat and after 15 minutes she comes in saying how sorry she is making me feel like that and Im probably just feeing emotional because my son is sick!! Well duh and youre NOT making this any easier!! I refuse to see her ever again and this office is just absolutely HORRIBLE IN ALL WAYS POSSIBLE!

Filthy & very unorganized! Sent email to schedule 1st appt. Received immediate call bk and was told to come in at specific time. When I arrived they didnt have an appt on the schedule for me. We learned that they mistakenly put another person under my name after Asking me more than 5 times whats my name and childs name. Then the Secretary (Elizabeth) stood up to print my id and I had to see an disgusting amt her bare skin bc her scrub pants were to small. Thats nasty and unprofessional! Then after sitting 45 mins the MA calls me bk and attempted to put me and my sick child in a filthy room w tissue paper all over the floor and the bed paper all torn because the room hadnt been sanitized frm the previous patient ; for the next patient. When I asked for a clean room the MA snacked her lips like I was being too difficult. I shared the info w the manager but by this time I no longer felt like this was the safest place for my infant for seeking medical care and we left . Id be interested to know what state board of health reviews are like for this place. Thats sad bc it may actually be a legit DR but its about 4 staff members that made us run for the hills !

The doctors are good, but the staff at the front desk!!! Theyre rude, put you on hold for no reason. I called, was put on hold and then hung up on when somebody finally answered the phone. Called back and went through the exact same thing. Finally got to speak with someone, I asked if the doctor could just prescribe something for pink eye so I didnt have to come in. She told me no because it could be allergies. Come on now, we all know what pink eye looks like, my daughter couldnt even open her left eye this morning. But fine, whatever, thats understandable. Scheduled an appointment for 1:15, got here at 1:07 for them to tell me my daughter doesnt have an appointment scheduled, like excuse me? So Im standing there waiting for her to let me know something and the lady behind her answers the phone, immediately puts the person on hold and I kid you not, she had the nerve to be on social media, Snapchat to be exact, just scrolling through stories. Needless to say, Ive been here an hour, waiting to be seen.

The front desk attendants are horribly ignorant, I had to leave and come back the next day because of waiting over an hour from my scheduled appt time (FOR A SIMPLE CHECK UP ), forced me to set appts that I told them I may not be able to make, then sent me a letter telling me my toddler was no longer going to be accepted because of a no-show. They did not call me to confirm, did not leave me a message, did not send me anything in the mail. I am a single mother working two jobs and I am in school. My daughter is in perfect health, my stress with this issue was 100% on the basic-minded, GED holding, Medicaid accepting, brainless and inconsiderate staff. How are they gonna send me a letter to cancel but nothing to remind me of the appt they MADE me schedule (four months away from last visit)?? Very poor service, I was placed on hold a total of SIX time just trying to ask why my sweet angel could not come back to be checked up on. Never take your children here.
