the staff is horrible. They lost my childs chart! Every time he has a appointment for shots, they never have all of them available and make me go more than I have to. My baby needed his diaper changed and they did not let me change his diaper because they have no changing station! I asked if I could change him in an empty room and they said they didnt want no dirty diapers in their trash! And they take an hour to put you in a room and another 30 minutes to see you! Horrible place!

Both the Dr. Dayas are wonderful people and great doctors! However, the staff here is absolute TRASH! I get nicer service at a McDonalds than I do here. I always see the staff being rude and condescending to patients, and they consistently seem annoyed with anyone they interact with, regardless of the nature of the interaction. After a complete revamp of the nursing/wait staff, I will give 5 stars and actually not hate coming here.

worst experience in making a appointment office hours says they close at 5 but they refer you to answering service after 4 pm they put me on hold for 8 minutes then hang up on me I called backed they were so un caring and rude I switched my son doctor immediately never recommend them

Worst Doctor to go to...if you are late to an appt there is no excuse...but man if they are late its ok...stupid people and dumb doctor...waiting 40+ minutes past a appt to be seen is ridiculous. Worst people to deal with

Both Doctors are nice, but the office staff are rough and rude to patients. Wont get any response from office for weeks on any follow up actions.

Go here if you want to be scheduled at 3, and have to wait til 4:44 to talk to the doctor. They do this every single time.
