I wish I could not even give this place a one start ! what a waste of time! First the lady who answers the phone IS NOT friendly. I still gave them a chance and set an appointment , which was made for Monday morning at 9:00 am . They called me Thursday afternoon confirming my child appointment Monday morning at 9:00 am. When I arrived there at 9:00 the doors were locked all lights were off and no one was to be found. I called over and over again no answer knocked on the door no one ever came. I waited until 9:30 no sign of anyone. I saw a lady and asked if they she knew what time they would open her response was " oh yeah they always come in when every anywhere between 9 and 10 am they will set appointment for 9 and wont even show it happens all the time". so I left and called at 10:15 and was told "oh im sorry we got here kind of late, but you can come now" DO NOT GO HERE IF I CANT TRUST YOU TOBE HERE ON TIME HOW CAN I TRUST YOU WITH MY CHILD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been taking my oldest child to Kids Klinic since she was born and just started taking my newborn. I have had good experiences there and know Dr Edenhoffer to be a caring and knowledgeable doctor. The nurses and staff are also very nice and helpful and whenever I call with a question they try their best to get me an answer. What I really like about Dr. Edenhoffer is that she is into natural practices and promotes breastfeeding. Sometimes there is a wait to see her but I think that is because she is the only doctor in the practice as opposed to offices that have several doctors so you can be seen much faster. However, I like the fact that she practices alone and I can develop a relationship with her only regarding the health and well being of my kids. There are a variety of pediatrician offices out there so you just have to find the best one for your needs. As for myself, we are pleased with the services of Kids Klinic.

My girl and my boy been seeming Dr.E for 2 years. Trust me, you dont want her to be the doctor for your lovely kids. We had terrible experience with Dr.E. The waiting time is EXTREMELY long. My worse experience is 3.5 hours. She booked the appointment at 1:15pm and we waited until 3:30, still no doctor, checked with the nurse and found out that she went for lunch and they dont know when she will be back. This is not it, she forgot to send the prescription to pharmacy after seeming the patient. All her prescriptions has to be send by electronically but she never does it right the way. Its been twice that she forgot to send my boys prescriptions and I called for 3 days. The nurse keep apologize but Dr.E still forgot the send it. What kind the doctor is she? After all those bad experiences, we finally decided to switch to other doctor. This is most horrible doctor that I ever seem

Dr. Edenhoffer had been the PCP for my 3 children. She has always given extra attention for all their complex needs. Sometimes, this causes her to run behind; however, she has treated other patients with complex issues the same and I wait because of the quality care that I receive. So many people here are complaining about the time frame. We have gone to Dr. E for approximately 8 years and she will continue to be my childs PCP. It is extremely rare to find a doctor who will listen to all the issues and address everything that is going on and takes the time to do so in one visit. She doesnt make you come back the next day to address two or more different issues like some doctors. She follows all the requirements of a THSteps check up, which lots of doctors dont do, in my experience. Dr. E is personably, caring and a great doctor.

The staff is wonderful. Dr. Edenhoffer has no respect for her patients time nor the time of their parents. I had 4:00 appointment for my kids. 5:30 came and I still didnt see her. I went to the receptionist and and asked her to remind the Dr. that my daughter is diabetic and it was coming close to her dinner time she told her receptionist we were just going to have to wait. Any who know about diabetic patients knows that they have to eat on schedule in order to maintain the blood sugar levels. For a doctor totally disregard that is unacceptable! I signed my discharge papers well be looking for a new pediatrician! And I will be making a formal complaint to the state and to all her afflicted hospital. One being Childrens hospital.

I recently moved to Irving over a year ago. Finding a good doctor for my 2 year old was very important. Well Dr. Edenhoffer and her team is amazing. Words cant even begin to state the stress lifted off my shoulders knowing that she is my childs dr. She takes time to answer and explain everything in words I can relate with and puts my worrying mind at ease.Not to mention my son adores her. Everyone in the office always has a smile on their face and are very delightful compared to most that Ive encounter. I feel priveledge to have such an amazing doctor and awesome team looking after my son.

Es una excelente pediatra, siempre estuvo al tanto de mis hijas, las cuales atendio por mas de 5 años a la mayor y 2 a la menor ya no continue llevandolas por que no mudamos fuera de Irving. Pero la recomiendo una excelente pediatra.

This is the worst place i have ever gone...Even though the doctor is good the management and wait time really sucks.It was literally 2 hr wait time even if you come 30 min before your appointment time.Another thing was i have to get doctors letter for my kid to join him in school.I waited another 30 min for that and they said they would fax it directly to school.But when i called up a day after they still havent sent the fax ......VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING...BEWARE...

I really cant say enough good things about Dr. E and her entire staff. Dr. Es level of knowledge and bedside manner cant be matched. The nurses know how to do required immunizations SO quickly that my kids barely know theyve gotten a shot! Everyone is warm and friendly yet professional. Totally trust both doctors and this great staff with childrens childcare! Now that she has more staff, the wait time is fine.

I just started taking my youngest son to Dr. E, and I really like her. I dont usually have to wait very long once we get there, and she has always taken the time to answer any questions I may have without seeming like she is trying to rush out the door. The nurses and office staff have always been very kind and friendly as well. So I give Kids Klinic two thumbs up. Laurie Brainerd

May be the Doctor is amazing, great and well experienced but today after waiting for 2 (TWO) hours after the scheduled time we had to cancel the appointment. The worst experience we ever had, we dont recommend this clinic or the Dr which doesnt have a proper time management or strict dedication to scheduled appointments.
