Tracy was the rudest office manager I have ever met. Buena Vista eye was the first eye doctor I ever attended, yet Tracy would not let me make an appointed on account of having attended a different eye doctor in the past five years. Apparently you have to got here UNTIL DEATH. Absurdly dumb to turn away a customer who was willing to pay hundreds of dollars for service. I had recommended everyone ive come in contact with in Winston Salem and at Wake Forest to attend buena vista, but Thank changes now. DONT GO HERE. Your money can be spent somewhere where the employees actually want your business.

Terrible service. Received frames with blemishes on them and they refused to return them. Also got my prescription there and they gave me a less compatible prescription than my last one. I can see better out of my old glasses than I can out of this new prescription. I have bought two frames from them so far and each time it is a pain in the butt.

This is the best eye doctor and total business I have ever been associated with. All of the staff is a cut above any others I have encountered. I would not go anywhere else. The price may be a little higher, but they are the best.
