Starting in Jan of 09, we went to Monarch in Corinth to get 2 crowns done. Dr. Anuradha Gade first attempted to place the crown on, and did a terrible job. It ook over 3 hours for the temporary (in which she seemed to have taken her lunch break while I was waiting in the chair). When the real crown was placed in another appointment (which was supposed to be 1/2 an hour, but ended up being three hours again), the bite was left incorrect by Dr. Gade, even though I kept commenting that the crown was too tall and my bite was off. This incorrect crown placement caused an abcess on my jaw, resulting in horrible pain. At this point, I asked to see Dr. Roberson, who was much more pleasant and made a fair attempt fix the problems created by the first dentist. However, after 2 more months of various fittings, etc, she concluded based upon the original set of x-rays (which had been taken months ago) that in fact, she could not put a crown on and I needed a root canal. Since I had already paid for the crown, I requested my money back, which they refused until I threatened to call the insurance company to file a complaint about fraudulent charges. At which point, they finally agreed to refund my money, after I signed a liability waiver. I would strongly not recommend anyone ever going to this dental office. If you do, avoid Dr. Gade at all costs, she seems incompetent, disrespectful, and even the hygienists seem to know how bad she is, as they made comments about her to us, even at the beginning. Dr. Roberson was much more helpful and professional, and may be fine for standard procedures, but in the case of our needs, she was unable to help. Additionally, please be aware that some of the hygienists and the receptionists have trouble finding the time to serve you, but do not have trouble chatting in corners of the office while you wait. All in all, I would say that while Dr. Roberson was consistently courteous, this office is unprofessional, largely incompetent, and inconsiderate of the patients needs and time.

Absolute worst experience I have had with a dentist. They are 1 minute away from my house; so I thought I would give them a try. I requested a cleaning. They would not perform a cleaning without a pre exam, which would be covered by my insurance. First, they had recently moved and showed two addresses so when I called to confirm the address, they were confused and could not provide directions to the current location. I assumed they were swamped, but when I arrived, I was the only patient within 2 hours. They have a very open concept which feels like a warehouse. You sit in a open room in the dentist chair and can see the receptionist and hear the lobby. I am not all about privacy, but there is none at this place. After my pre exam to get a standard cleaning, they offered me several services and surgeries I did not feel I needed. After shopping around, they were expensive on pricing. I tried to schedule a cleaning, but they do not offer weekends or weekday appointments after 3pm. Also Thursdays and several days during the month are no good either. Basically, I would need to take a full day off work to appease their schedule. Finally, I called and said I prefer a dentist with more flexible hours for appointments so I would be going elsewhere for cleaning and other services. They were not very happy. So I received a call later in the week that I would be charged for the pre exam.....again not even a cleaning....just looking in my mouth and taking x rays, which they said was all covered with my insurance. I fought the billing since they did not provide me with any service. The doctor was nice, but that is the only reason I would give them 1 star. Otherwise, i would rank them in the negative.

I had a terrible accident with three crowns in the front of my mouth. The porcelain had cracked off and there was black metal exposed. I met Tina Gamboa, the office Manager and she helped set me up with financing to pay everything my insurance didnt pay. Dr. Michael Jackson worked me in that day and he had another emergency patient at the same time. The staff worked seamlessly with Dr. Jackson. He had to do a build up on the front teeth just to do an impression of my mouth. This hand made build up was absolute artistry! The hand fashioned teeth matched my other crowns perfectly. This dental decision saved me time and money. I appreciate the way they thought of what was best for me. I cant tell you how happy I am with Monarch Dental Corinth, TX. I was frantic when I went in and I was calm and confident when I left. Thank you, Dr. Jackson and your wonderful staff.

Im not sure who the other Drs are that were mentioned in the other reviews, but I see Dr. Borgman, and he is an absolute genius. I have major anxiety when going to the dentist, and the anesthetic makes it worse, as I react badly to it. However, the entire staff at Monarch in Corinth took on the challenge of my dental care eagerly. Even after receiving numerous shots, I can honestly say I never felt even one of them! The staff is caring and accomodating. The office manager, Stephanie is more like a friend. She will work out any issue you may have with you, and help any way she can. The office can get busy, and being a big corporation, I can see where it could be impersonal, but not in this office. It is obvious they care. I will never go to or recommend any other dentist as long as I live in this area.

10 out of 10 the most friendliest and understanding dental office in the DFW area. As a word of caution, dont underestimate their professional work. Just because they may seem like their doing everything the can to keep you comfortable doesnt mean they arent getting what they need to do done. This plus the fact that they are one of the most versatile companys in the business is enough for me to take my wife, brothers, and kids back again and again for and dental needs. YOU WILL BE SATISFIED!!!

When Dr. Robinson was there, everything seemed to be more structured, now everything seems more chaotic and confusing. When I paid for my bill, my insurance company sent them the check by accident, now,5 weeks later, I still havent revived my money back. Also, dont even bother calling the corporate office, the number listed is no good, and the 1800 number just sends you back to your local office.
