Horrible experience and even gave them a second chance to redeem themselves. The dentist last year chip a perfectly fine tooth while extracting another. I came back this year to have it repaired. The dentist there today advise me that my filling fell out (I have never had a filling in my life) and her Coworker did not chip the tooth. The x-ray from last year where she claim the filling was located was covered by my tongue ring. They then offered to repair for free but told me I had to pay $25. How is that free. My other service were covered by insurance at 100% with no deductible. Will never return. Need better trained associates.

Worst experience ever Went in for a cleaning and left still without a cleaning. They changed my appointment twice. I showed up On Time. I sat there for an hour before seeing the doctor. Then Im told that they have to reschedule my cleaning for a different day. I took off work for this. I will never go back and I wouldnt suggest anyone else go either. Its not that hard you schedule a CLEANING only and Only what insurance covers pretty straight forward. Just saying.

I walked in today to make an appointment. Front desk receptionist was on the phone and doodle ing on a pad of paper. No acknowledgement whatsoever. After waiting 10 minutes for her to get off the phone I finally just walked out. I got the impression that they couldnt care less about me.
