Worst dental office I have ever visited. And they KNOW that I do not like them. Took them like 4-5 MONTHS just to VERIFY my insurance because the girl Jackie did not know how to call and do it. The fact that she asked for my SSN was a red flag right away. You should not need to provide that info just to verify insurance...the member ID should suffice. It came to the point of me having to beg my insurance company people to CALL their office and tell them that I am covered and have been since 2012. Ridiculous waste of time. Front desk people are not friendly. One of them spoke to me on the phone and blamed this entire fiasco on my mother for "not speaking english very well". A very pointed and racist attack at something that clearly isnt the issue. My mothers english is fine. She speaks with an accent but is able to communicate excellently. Dr. Gunnala, TRAIN your dumb employees or you will keep losing your patients like this. I am not trying to be malicious either because I too work in healthcare and know what it is like to deal with patients. To think that I have been this patient for so long says it all. The only reason I even came to a new dental office is because my old one no longer accepted my current insurance. Never returning to this office.

This place is awful. The moment I walked in the staff was gossiping and complaining about other patients, they didnt care that other people could hear them. Wait time was extremely long, the doctor told me all I needed was a filling and in the middle of the procedure told me I actually needed a root canal and since she had already started she would have to finish it. Root canals are VERY expensive and this was not something I was prepared for on the spot, especially since she had already seen me and told me I only needed a filling. When the procedure was done I was just told to go up front and pay. Nobody explained anything to me, how to take care of the incision, what to expect, nothing. When I went up to pay, the staff was gossiping again. They didnt even say hello to me, just took my paper and asked for a credit card. This place needs serious training on customer service. The entire staff is extremely rude and VERY unprofessional. There are plenty of better places in Grapevine, go somewhere else.

My New Dentist For Life!!! I was with my previous Dentist for over 20 years and became very concerned about my Dental Health after her retirement a few years ago. I was Blessed to find True Dental and Dr. Pariksha Gunnala over two years ago. Dr. Gunnala is a very professional Dentist. She is also a very kind person. Her number one concern is for the health of my teeth and my smile. She has a wonderful assistant named Jacky who is also very professional and kind. Jacky does her best to help me with my appointments and always finds a way to work around my busy schedule. It has been a great pleasure to work with Dr. Gunnala and Jacky. I highly recommend that you give these two fine ladies an opportunity to serve you and your Family. You will not be disappointed!

The team at True Dental is awesome! They are incredibly upbeat and organized. Jackie really went above and beyond to help me figure out my insurance information. Donya was kind and welcoming and made me feel comfortable when I started feeling anxious. I am incredibly impressed! Dr. Sing was also awesome! She was thorough, informative, patient, and attentive. Me, feeling pretty much terrified in general to be at the dentist, felt safe and cared for. The work Dr. Sing did was well done. Her assistant Mandy was also great! She ran to her car in the pouring rain to get me headphones so I could listen to music during my visit! This team really went above and beyond! I had a great experience and I highly recommend this practice. Ask for Dr. Sing!

Just want to say I was Refferred by a Friend of Mine to True Dental Dentist office that she takes Her Family too...and all I have to say is Wow!!! I have been to other Dentist offices and By Far this is the Best Dentist office I have ever been too.... :) The Staff there are Outstanding !! They always Greet you with a Smile and always there to make sure your Experience is Delightful.... Dr.Gunnala Is the Best Dentist I have ever Seen and takes Very High Priority on Everyone of Her Patients to make sure they are Comfortable and I just Love how she has the Calmness to Explain any procedure before its done... and always makes sure that it is Done with Professionalism ... Thanks Dr.Gunnala you are the Best and Thank you Staff!!!

I truly enjoyed my visit to True Dental. Thats really saying a lot because I generally dislike going to the dentist! Gina did my cleaning and she did a great job without causing me virtually any discomfort, and I have a super low pain tolerance. I think the ladys name is Mandy who did my crown. She was really nice and also made things as comfortable as possible. The ladies Jacky and Donya at the front desk were courteous and spoke to me like theyd known me for years. Im actually looking forward to my next visit, lol. Keep up the great work True Dental!

Ive been going to True Dental for years and have never had anything but a wonderful experience. Ive taken all of my kids there and they never fear going back. The AMAZING front desk staff has gotten to know our family as well as held my newborn while they work so I can get my dental work done. They always answer all my billing questions with patience and do a great job keeping our appointments in order. Dr. Gunnala Is as sweet as can be and does a fantastic job all around. Friendliest dentist office Ive ever experienced. Highly recommended!!

This dental office has awful customer service, the staff at the front desk are rude and uptight, and the only nice genuine people are at the back working on patients. I had my braces done with them and they terribly stuck at making them look good. I still have an overbite, but thankfully my teeth are at least straight. What sucked about that was my mom wasted money on something it didnt get done right. I truly think they dont know what theyre doing because I had my braces on for 3 years and 2 months..

I was incredibly impressed by the warm and personable staff upon walking in (This has me walking in with a smiling now). The Integrity, Professionalism, Accommodation to their clients is fantastic. The time that Dr. Gunnala and her team takes in educating you specific to your scenario, then explaining the process, procedures, timelines and expectations of the viable options. You will notice immediately that this team is always looking at your best interest. Highly recommended!!

OMG!!! THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST DENTIST OFFICE EVER... 2 wks ago I had the worse experience and then I came here and its been the best decision ever.... The ladies at the front Jackie and Donya are the best. These two make you feel at home and super comfortable. I am a very picky person and I love this team. My kids love them. I even had my braces done. They work with you and make you feel apart of there family... I love this dental office.... Thanks for all yall hard work....
