The entire experience, from in the door to out, was calming. I cannot believe it yet it happened to me! The staff is above wonderful! the front desk, insurance rep, scheduler and most importantly, the doctor himself! A kind dentist? YES, there is such a creature, it is not a made up phantom. I have several issues and none will be pleasant to resolve but he explained each step of the process, even giving me options along the way. I cannot say enough good things. I have a return visit in a few days and will extend my post at that time....OK now for an update. I had a filling in a wisdom tooth (as a teen my dentist said I had plenty of room and they did not need extraction). That was done without any unpleasantness. I could not imagine holding my mouth open wide enough for the procedure yet, it was done in just a few minutes. The other issue was my fear monster! I had tried to save a tooth (in the past, I needed a simple filling, then years later a root canal and a crown. A lot of effort went into keeping my tooth ,and money too...all at various dental offices as I moved west coast to east), and now, I was going to lose it to extraction! I cannot explain how frightened I was and how calming and wonderful the staff was, especially the dentist, Dr. Sung. He is by far the MOST relaxing, calming dentist I have ever been to! The extraction was done in just a few moments and throughout I was never once made to feel like he was rushing or not caring about me. Everyone has to see the dentist and we have choices all around us, I am so glad I found Dr Sung. This was one of my best healthcare decisions. I highly recommend this office!

Let me start by saying that I am absolutely petrified of the dentist! Dr. Sung at True Love dental put me at ease by "actually" listening to me before deciding on the best treatment plan for me. We started with an initial couple of visits which went very well, and now I am moving into phase two of our plan. I really like the calm demeanor of the dentist and his ability to listen and not rush. Dr. Sung has given me the confidence to move forward with additional dental work that I have wanted to do for years and have put off because of fear. I highly recommend this dental office!

BEST DENTIST EVER! Ive been to several dentists in my life time and never have I had such excellent service! For one I was in and out with in a half hour for three fillings. Not once was I uncomfortable. Even my shots didnt hurt! He is professional, friendly, and quick! I have to get a crown soon and Im actually looking forward to it now! My first visit was a cleaning and after my filling visit I wont go any place else! You wont be disappointed! I actually had tears in my eyes, because Ive never ever had an experience like it!

I visited True Love Dental today for a tooth extraction. I have to admit that I was extremely nervous at first to have this procedure done because I did not know what to expect. I have not been to a dentist in years. When I got there though they were very friendly and kind and everything went wonderfully. I made a lot of noises though because it felt very weird, but other than that there was no pain at all. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for dental work.

Dr. Sung is the first dentist who didnt hurt me. I made an appt. for a chipped tooth. I was seen less than 4 hours later and the tooth was repaired quickly and looks great! Without novacaine and no pain. I highly recommend this practice to everyone. The latest technology was used and the service was phenomenal!

My experience with true love dental was outstanding. Dr. Sung and every member of the office are total professionals. I had a cleaning and a crown. Both procedures were totally painless and all the work was done quickly and VERY professionally! Thank you Dr. Sung! You have a patient for life! 5 stars all the way!!

Dr. Sung was very nice and went out of his way to talk to me about school and sports. He told me stories about his friends when he was my age and that he played basketball like i do. I think that the staff are all very nice and considerate. Its always an excellent experience when you go to river valley dental.

Great! I walked in without an appointment and in pain. They took me back and tended to me immediately. A half hour later I was on my way with antibiotics and then scheduled for a root canal 3 days later. The root canal was done quickly and done correctly.

Very nice additions made to the office that make this office a very relaxing place to visit (soothing music, tv in front of your chair, scenic ceiling tiles). Staff is very friendly, and Dr. Sung goes out of his way to get to know you. Highly recommend.
