I was completely unsatisfied with my appointment yesterday. I walked into their office about 3:05 and left at 5:45. I was only having my permanent crown on, which I was told would be an easy process. I paid them almost $500 and left almost 3 hours later with another temporary and in pain. I use nitro and have never been administered nitro when they didnt take your blood pressure first, also the mask was put on me and left for about 25 minutes only to find out that there was nothing coming out of the machine, it was running but nothing was coming out. Then after the Dr, whom was very nice, realized this they had to go upstairs to get the key to change the tanks. This took about 15 minutes, finally they left me on oxygen for about 5 minutes before starting the nitro. I was on Nitro for almost 1 solid hour to place a permanent crown on. I do appreciate the doctor not allowing me to leave with a crown that didnt fit properly, however I do resent being asked if I was going to pay for the nitro before I left. Mind you I made arrangements for payment of the $456 only to leave with NOTHING done EXCEPT I am now hurting.

After today I will leave this rating after being told I couldnt accompany my minor child in the back to have a tooth filled because HIPPA and the Fire Marshall crowded rooms etc. I doubt they realised I signed your HIPPA agreement so I should be able to be in that room a minor CANNOT sign agree or comply with your HIPPA agreement. After speaking with a supervisor who told me the policy has been in place for years which Ive been there over 5 visits between two kids toddler in tow, and sat in the room with the dentist while they filed a cavity. All whom who are very well behaved. My child wasnt comfortable and in tears so I wouldnt leave her in the back alone. You should talk to your dentist whom I sat in the room with and didnt enforce this "policy". I am not dense all you had to say is we dont want your toddler in the back problem solved. But youve lost 4 patients

Worst dental office in North Carolina. Do not get scammed by this place, they will tell you you have a tooth infection prescribe you antibiotics and reschedule you for a crown and root canal simply by going for a filling. Immediately following leaving this place went to Belton and Shrimper and they could not understand why he would not just fill the tooth and by the way I had absolutely no infection. Paid 80 dollars instead of 2000. Thanks for all your help and going ahead and taking care of dropping our family from your failing business.

I would never go back to this place again. I had to go back three times to fix a filling. The first Dr did a very crappy job and should go back to school. They have the nerve to say I owe $100 deductible... I will be filling a complaint. Ive been in pain, left work early and also travel. I have been in pain from the first Dr mistake for three weeks went back to find that he didnt fill the tooth correctly. Just left and I pray to God that its right. They dont deserve one star

Ok so I retract my last post bc I was given the impression that they didnt care about my well being but they showed me differently. I recieved a phone and was given an apology which was deeply needed bc once I make a relationship with a practice of any kind I like to keep it that way. So please, give Dental Care Center a try bc no one is perfect but at least they give you a perfect smile. Thanks

My 11 year old needed to get a cavity filled and they would not allow his dad back with him. My husband has a disability and the staff would not communicate with him even to provide information after the procedure was complete. I called to voice my concerns and had to leave a message. It has been 5 days and no one has returned my call. We will be looking for a new dentist.

They deserve a minus star I know I worked there for nine years and Im not a unhappy Employee I was laid off but I thank the Lord I was they are horrible greedy , crappy work and do not care about there loyal Employees and for Dr Harrold there is a special place in Hell waiting for him

Terrible every time. They over book and cant get caught up. Had an appointment at 2pm 10/13/16 for a filling Almost 3pm and still in waiting area. This tooth was filled here 2 years ago and fell out whole. Only guarenteed for a year. .

I dont know why there are so many bad reviews. I have had no problems here. Ive been a patient for 5 years. I guess dental procedures make you a little tense.
