Broke the bonding on my front tooth .I was looking to have it fixed up fast and my normal practice wasn’t in. This wasn’t a new experience as I have had the tooth rebonded many time over my adult life. I was given an appt. the same day (not a shocker after ordeal). I was specific to tell them that I was just looking to have the front tooth fixed. When as was asked to come back. They lead me to a full mouth x-ray machine. Having the past experience led me to say,” I don’t need a full mouth exam . just looking to get my tooth fixed up.” I was aggressively told that insurance would pay for it.. they even got the doctor to come sell me on getting the unnecessary x-ray. Thought to myself, am I In a used car lot or a professional office. Fast forward, the doctor and rightly so, told me I needed a crown. Not wanting a crown, I explained for the 10th time that I was just looking to get my tooth fixed up. Within 3 mins , she rebonded the tooth. Shocked as I looked in the mirror .The rush job caused the tooth to be uneven from the other front tooth. Other doctors had explained that this “bond” is a short term fix ex….But they smooth, match color, File from the tooth next.. none of this was done or done well. I wouldn’t recommend to my fellow neighbors. After contacting them that I was unhappy, they never called me back. Completely, unprofessional.

The absolute worst Dental experience I have ever had! Be warned do not go to this dentist!!! I would not even give them one star but it is necessary so that I might leave a review. The dentist rushed through the procedures I had done causing tons of pain. She did not seem to care at all that I was in discomfort. She rushed to get the next patient as if I was only a way for her to make money not truly a patient of hers. My fillings felt like sand paper and they did not fix them. They also made it so I could not floss between one of my molars because she sloppily placed a filling on that tooth. She did unnecessary procedures on me and my husband so she could charge the insurance company. Both of us had terrible experiences. The dental assistant, while numbing my mouth, wiggled the needle into my gum. When I asked her why she was doing that she said to distract you from the pain. (It only cause more pain so much so my body shook and I have a high pain tolerance) According to my new dentist Dr. Peaks, she should of wiggled the flesh not the needle. Whitney, the desk clerk, was extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked her to send my records to my new dentist. I asked her a week ago and still have no received them. I am unsure how they havent been sued for malpractice and are still in business! Do not go to this dentist!!

I usually do not like visiting the dentist but I was made very comfortable by the friendly staff from the moment I called. I was referred this place by a colleague of mine during an out of town visit and I was glad I took his advice and called them up. They took my insurance details and sorted everything out with my insurance and later and explained all my costs. I was impressed that they stayed true to their appointment time. I was seated within 15 mins of my getting there. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Dr. K was very patient and explained my problem to me in common man terms. She was even nice to suggest that I would not be needing crowns as another dentist in my town had recommended. I very much appreciated her honesty even though they have one of the latest crown machines at their location. Dr.K to me came across as a person who loves her profession and one who believes in giving all her patients an great experience. I wish I knew a place with passionate doctors in my city. I wish Dr K and her staff all the very best and a heart-felt thank you for saving my out-of-town visit.

I highly recommend this place. I was worried as i had to go for a root canal, but it went so great here and I had a overwhelming experience with aldie family dentistry. The staff were so friendly and helped me a lot in getting me earliest appointments possible. Especially Dr. Sowmya kanumilli, she is such a sweet lady helped me a lot getting my root canal done happily. She was very gentle and great at giving treatment. She spends her time completely with the patient and explains clearly what and all need to be done. Also manager whitney helped me a lot in getting the payment plan done easily, explained me clearly about the possibilities I can get and cared a lot about me. Of all I had a great and happy experience here with aldie and they are very generous , great at work and had good payment plans. Worth going this place....

Dr. Kanumilli and her team are exceptional. Whitney, the office manager, is so kind, polite, and detail orientated. The office is immaculate. Dr. Kanumilli is the most professional and kind dentist Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. I run a business and recommend her practice to all of my clients, staff, and to all of my friends and family. They make insurance and payments so seamless and easy. Dr. Kanumilli is always on time and the appointment is always quick and thorough. Ive had fillings done that cause no sensitivity or discomfort, and crowns that are so flawless I forget theyre even there. Maybe Im too enthusiastic, especially now that I cant wait for my next cavity so I can go back! I highly recommend Dr. Kanumilli and her practice. You will not be disappointed.

I had an awful experience here. I went in for a teeth cleaning, which included x-rays. I was quoted $72 for this on the phone. In reality, the $72 was really for me to pay them to do an appraisal for non-pressing work theyd like to do on my mouth, NOT for what they said it would cover. I was then told it would be $550 to $940 for a teeth cleaning, not $72. The last dentist I went to (and every dentist Ive been to) was about a year prior and they had no difficulty cleaning my teeth for under $125 and as part of the regular exam. Making matters worse, they would not release my x-rays to me, also unlike any other place Ive been to. After the experience I had here, I cannot recommend this business.

cancelled my first appointment. front desk staff kept referring to my insurance as "Obama" insurance with a sarcastic tone. i asked her why she kept referring to it as that, her response was, "its because thats what it is" and then went on to complain about how much of a hard time she had speaking with the "Obama" (again sarcastic tone) representative and that they seemed to not know what they were doing. i corrected her and stated, "no, it is insurance and i suggest you leave your personal/political issues at home and simply refer to your customers insurance as INSURANCE." that office just lost a family of three potentially life long customers.
