We have had a wonderful experience here. My daughter has been going here since we started her dental care at 3 years old. We chose this office based on a recommendation from our pediatrician. Everyone in the office, from the front desk staff to the hygienists to the dentists, has been warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Its always such a great experience that my daughter actually gets excited when we tell her she has a dentist appointment. I was so impressed that I switched to them from the dentist I had been seeing for ten+ years. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

We just had one of the worst experiences ever. Their new pediatric dentist, Ritu Shah, lacks professionalism and had no qualms about losing me and my family of 4 as patients after her behavior. My 6-year old didnt think she was nice, she lacked patience and compassion for my wife, and she didnt care about pulling my sons loose tooth since that wasnt what our appointment was for. You look for people in fields like this to go above and beyond for their patients, especially for kids, and she had no desire to do so without getting paid. We will never set foot in there again.

I would highly recommend North Coast Dental Group. Dr. Musiker is one of the best dentists Ive ever had. He does great work and is always cognizant about his patients comfort level during procedures. The hygienist and administrative staff are also outstanding.
