I dont know who they paid to write these reviews, but they are a bunch of liars. This is absolutely the worst place to go for dental work hands down!!!! My friend needed to be there at 8AM so she spent the night at my house. We got there 10 minutes before the place opened. She said when she got in they called her and had her waiting in the hall seating area. They called the woman who got there after her first. Someone was trying to correct the assist he just shrugged his shoulders. When they finally called her she said a (female) doctor kept making her feel bad because her tooth was in bad shape. Then she kept leaving and going to work on another patient. Two hours had passed and then the doctor came back and said "this is going to take two hours so you can go and get something to eat and come back" she was beyond pissed. They lost four clients that day. Dr. Singletary needs to clean house and get doctors who are going to help her business grow. When you walk in there it seems to be so many people at the desk area. The waiting area is so packed it looks like youre applying for free food. They over book their clients on purpose.Thats just ridiculous. When you get to the back she has young students working (nothing wrong with this) but their attitude can be more professional. People dont need to know what is going on in their personal life.

Best Dentist I have ever been to! I have tried for the past two years to find a dentist that I liked and wouldnt hurt me. I went through 7 different dentist offices and finally found CDC in Rocky Mount. I had all of my teeth pulled just as I wanted. They listened to me when i told them what hurt and what i did not want them doing, such as using the metal pick. They pulled my top teeth all at once and stitched it up, without hurting me at all. The dentist asked me about every 5 minutes if i was ok during the procedure. She was very compassionate about how i felt. However when I went back to the oral surgeon for my bottom teeth, he didnt have the same compassion and was a bit tough on me. It upset me at the time, but after a month later I am still glad that I went through with it. Even though I had a bad experience with the oral surgeon, the rest of the staff and Dr. Singletary are very nice and show compassion when it comes to the pain of their clients. I am extremely pleased with CDC and the amount of work that they have done for me. I will continue to see them until the work is complete and I will also be sending my children to them and recommending them for others as well. This is a wonderful place to have any work done and THEY LISTEN!!!!

Went to have two cavities filled October 2016, and one of the teeth still has extreme sensitivity and its May 2017. Ive been gone back several times to have the issue fixed, but Dr. Singletary will not recommend a root canal and claims the Dr. Colson didnt do anything wrong when he filled the teeth. The root canal doctor is ever worse with his lame excuses as to why I cant have a root canal. Dr. Colson was rude and unprofessional while I was in there. He needs to be fired ASAP! Ive never had cavities until now so Ive never experienced anything like this. Yet knowing I was still having problems, they asked me if I wanted to have another cavity filled, ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I do love the guy who cleans my teeth, Mike. Hes very nice and my children love him as well. That is all we will ever get done there is a cleaning. When they know they have messed up and wont do whats right to make the patient feel better, its time to find another dentist. The wait time is ridiculous! One visit the assistant told me Dr. Singletary was in her office when I requested to see her, and only her since my filling was still bothering me. Whats that suppose to mean because shes in her office. Never again.

my children and I have been coming to them for over 6 years. I have never been comfortable in a dental office until I met with this awesome team. my past experiences with another service provider in rocky mount was horrid,but ever since I came to this office the work and service has been phenomenal and has helped me put aside some of my fears. My children enjoy coming and that says a lot to me. they have been coming since they got in their first tooth. I would recommend this dentistry to everyone. in fact I encourage my friends and family to go to them. and they havent regretted it yet. the staff goes out of their way to make you experience a great one. the team work is wonderful. I remember taking my children there a few days before Christmas and they had gifts for the children that came in. no other dentist in rocky mount had ever done that and I have lived here all my life. they are sweet and thoughtful from Dr. Singletary to all of her staff. thank you for the bottom of my heart for the great service you all have given and shown.

I VISITED CDCNC ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 28. I HAD AN 1:30pm APPOINTMENT FOR A SEMI-ANNUAL CLEANING. WITHIN FIFTEEN MINUTES AFTER CHECKING IN, ON TIME, DR. SINGLETARY GREETED ME AND ASKED HAD I BEEN SEEN. SHE INQUIRED, AND IMMEDIATELY RETURNED TO TELL ME THAT THEY WERE READY FOR ME. I WAS PAIRED WITH ERIC McALLISTER (WITH WHOM I HAVE BEEN PAIRED BEFORE). HE EXPLAINED WHAT WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE. AFTER THE CLEANING, DR. ESQUIRE JOINED US AND GAVE AN INSPECTION OF MY TEETH, DURING WHICH WE ALL TALKED ABOUT THE CURRENT FOOTBALL SEASON. A RELAXING ATMOSPHERE, PROMPT SERVICE, AND FRIENDLY STAFF EQUALLED A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. KUDOS AND WELL DONE BY ALL! SEE YOU IN SIX MONTHS...

Service is good. Staff is very friendly. However the wait is ridiculous. With each appointment I have been to there was over an hour wait. Today an hour and a half and still counting. They have a message up front that asks you to let the front desk know if you have been waiting more than thirty minutes but this does no good. When you mention it to them they rush you in an examining room only to have you wait even longer. I understand its a business but just as they dont want patients to be late or miss appointments, then they need to be a lil more considerate of the patients time. Again staff is very friendly. Just may need to work on their scheduling.

I was attracted to this office because of their availability on Saturdays and the excellent reviews.... Theyre falsified and doesnt reflect any of my experiences at all! They are ALWAYS crowded, offer slow service, and their waiting area does not have air conditioning; they have fans circulating hot air. I had a cleaning and a wisdom tooth extracted. I had Dr. James Colseen, who did not have a good bedside manner; he was short with me and appeared to be annoyed with me asking questions. I had my wisdom tooth pulled over a month ago and I STILL cant feel part of my mouth that was numbed. Dont go here!
