I hate to post a bad review for anyone, but my experience with this dentist has been so disappointing. I had 8 amalgams removed 2 years ago and replaced with composites. I was very excited to have this done thinking I would be improving my health. 2 years later I already have to have 4 replaced again because they are open and leaking. The receptionist told me she let the dentist know and they discussed it, she reassured me someone would get back to me and no one did. She said Dr Billingsley has retired and would speak to Dr. Hart. I called again and was offered to have the work redone for 50%, I am very disappointed I couldnt get a refund for at least 50% since its inconvenient for me to drive to Richmond. Im disappointed the dentist didnt seem to care enough to contact me herself and offer to make it right for me

I visited my grandmother last week and accompanied her to her dentist. Dr. Billingsley. I must say i was impressed with Dr. Billingsley and her staff! Very friendly and helpful. No matter how many questions we asked, they always answered us and explained things in details. Dr. Billingsleys office is a very clean modern practice that is very welcoming! I know that if I had to move to Richmond, VA to take care of my grandma, Dr. Billingsley would be my choice of dentist to go to!

I have been a patient of Dr. Billingsley for over 20 years and she is the best Dentist in terms of procedure and results that I have ever seen. Dr. Billingsley is very aware and mindful of the final result in terms of ones appearance. An attitude that I have found lacking in other dental practices. I have always looked better after my treatment and that has made me more that happy with Dr. Billingsley and her Staff.

My family and I were under the care of Dr. Hart and her excellent staff while we lived in RVA. Dr. Hart is knowledgeable, caring, and a gem of a person. Michelle is the only hygentist who ever made me look forward to my six month appointment. She is friendly and has magical hands. Charlene is carful, calming, and a lovely person. The front office staff is cheerful and good at their jobs. Couldnt ask for better!!!

So thankful for a very knowledgeable dentist (and staff) that cares about your total health! New to the Richmond area and needed an amalgam filling removed. This office used the proper protocol, including instructing me to prepare my system for the removal. Have also had a few cavities filled- fast and efficient. Definitely recommend!

Dr.Billingsley is the most gentle dentist I have ever gone to. She is meticulous in her work and really cares about her patients. She stays up to date on all of the most current information in dentistry. I live out of state and still go back to her twice a year!

staff is horrible and very unprofessional. I made and appointment for all of my children and the office calls me on Fri. evening @ 7 p.m. to tell me they only have an appointment for 1 child. Not acceptable!! they lost my families business.

I went in for fillings and didnt get any novocaine until I jumped in pain from them hitting a nerve. Very scary, unpleasant experience. This was never discussed with me, they just started drilling.
