What a breath of fresh air! The front desk staff was organized and understood insurance. They have called me as I am on a wait list for my kids (we moved here recently). When I went in for my appt, I was brought to the back and seen promptly. The 2 dental techs I worked with were fabulous, friendly, and efficient. The dentist was amazing. Xrays were explained to me thoroughly. They are *already looked up* which xrays my insurance authorized me to have and were easily able to see if I could have fluoride at the end of my appt. Soothing atmosphere, attention to color was taken when decorating.

One of the best experiences I have ever had in a dental office. Their client service is 5 star as well as their up to date technology. My dental hygienist was Jaclyn who was extremely attentive and informative during my cleaning. She seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. My dentist was Dr. Salas who was very friendly and happy as well as professional. Dr. Salas made sure I understood the information that was given to me and answered all my questions. The whole experience went smoothly and efficiently. This truly is a 5 stars establishment. Loved Dr. Salas and Jaclyn.

My visit can be described as timely, professional, thorough and extremely satisfying. The office is very clean, the staff is very courteous and the Dr. was very proffesional. Most notable was my Dental Hygenist, Jaclyn. She explains everything, is very professional, and honest in her assessment and recommendations. She makes you feel relaxed during your visit, and even schedules your next appointment with her before you get out of her chair. I actually look forward to seeing her on my next visit. Highly recommended.

This practice has always been outstanding at caring for their patients. They are concerned for your health and the right treatment/dental care program that works for you. From booking appointments, to the hygienist, to both of the doctors in the practice, all are very friendly and caring. I would recommend this practice for all ages, young children to senior citizens. First of all let me start by saying I want to those people who hate the dentist. But do you do a long battle with drug addiction my teeth have suffered now that Im clean and sober finally decided to change how I look and feel about myself. Was very nervous going in on my first visit but everyone of the staff members is so friendly and welcoming .I felt no judgment just amazed by the compassion of these people who wanted to help me.

The office is beautiful, check in and out is effortless, and the staff treats us like family. In fact, the kids beg to go back sooner than 6 months! The only improvement Id recommend is to stock up the treasure box better. It seems to be low more often than not and its disappointing for little ones, but thats an easy fix! The rest of the experience is great!!

I have been to over five dental offices in Northern Virginia over the last 10 years, and Dental Smiles is without a doubt the best. Everyone is extremely professional and thorough. The office environment is not like your typical dental office. It is comfortable and friendly and youre able to watch TV while getting cleaned. These folks really care about people!

Love the staff and the Dentist. Staff is friendly and nice. Dr. Salas is great. He is very personable and friendly. I have never been to a dentist where I didnt have pain. This is a first for me. I didnt feel anything at all. I would definitely recommend this practice. Also, I do not have dental insurance and they were very accommodating.

We were very pleased with the care our son received at Dental Smiles in Purcellville. Dr. Salas discussed our options with us, answered our questions and did an excellent job (bonded restoration). We will definitely be back when our son is old enough to complete the final step (dental implant).

Awesome! Highly recommend! Who likes going to the dentist? No one. But here they make you feel at ease, they do not lecture you on things such as flossing instead explain why. I recently had a filling ( my first) and the doc explain step by step. The whole staff is super friendly.
