Worst of the worst - The original assessment was to do it in two visits and to use gas since it would help my child deal with his anxiety. Should have realized when they asked my son "what flavor gas would you like"? and he said "Strawberry" and what he got was orange - I should have left because they didnt care enough to change it. So after she started, she announced that she was only doing one. I said - I though were doing 3 or 4 cavities since this was to be done in 2 visits. She agreed and started to work on my son. Holding my sons hand as he cried and shook - he was in incredible pain (later he told me 10 out of 10 on the pain scale) - she didnt seem to care and only mouthed that "everything was alright, it will be over soon" I stopped her at one cavity and when finished - she left immediately. This was the worst experience that me and my child ever had with a dentist!!!! DO NOT GO TO HER IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE PAIN YOUR CHILD GOES THOUGH. I WOULD NOT ALLOW HER TO FILL A BUCKET, LET-A-LONE FILL A CHILHS TOOTH.

I’ve known Dr. Monajemy for over 12 years. I have seen her with patients throughout all these years. Her work ethics, patience with kids and bedside manner is unparalleled. I am sure some of the readers of this review had horrible experiences with dishonest dentists. When it comes to our children’s dental health, nothing is more important than an accurate diagnosis. I took my 2-year-old son for a regular exam assuming he won’t sit through it, judging by the past experience with other pediatric dentists. Not only he sat quietly through the exam, but also Dr. Monajemy was able to take an x-ray and do the cleaning for him. It was all because of how Dr. Monajemy could calmingly engage my son in a fun, kid friendly conversation and occupy him with fascinating kid related subjects. Following that pleasant visit, I took my daughter too. She had an enjoyable experience as well. I highly recommend Dr. Nooshin Monajemy for your precious little children.

We are so happy to have found the best peds dentist.. We have a 2.5 yr old girl and a 3.5 yr old boy and have been to Dr Nooshin for the past 2 years, she is kind, gentle and great with kids so much so that our kids dont want to leave their friendly office. The new game room is amazing and keeps them completely entertained.. The staff is very nice as well.. My wife and I highly recommend their office and our kids cant wait for their next visit.

We took our toddler here several months ago and had a really good experience. She was at ease and the dentist and her assistant were very professional. As a mom of two littles, I definitely appreciate the Keurig and many toys to occupy us while we wait (which was no time at all). I highly recommend this practice to western Loudoun residents!

Everyone is kind, patient and caring. The open exam room is exactly what we need so both of my girls are getting their teeth cleaned at the same time and can see each other (a little friendly sibling rivalry to see who does better). My 3-year-old went from clenching her mouth closed and screaming to looking forward to her dentist visit).

Such a great dentists office! The staff, hygienists, and Doctor are very friendly. I bring both of my kids ( 2 and 4 years) here and they have always been comfortable. The office is always very clean and they have a great little play area for the kids. Best pediatric dentist in the area for sure!

Great place for kids! The waiting area is nice and includes an area just for children. The dentist and other staff members were sweet and did an excellent job. They made our daughter feel comfortable about her first trip to the dentist.

Amazing! I have three children ages 12, 7, and 1. They loved their visit. The waiting room is fun for kids of all ages and the staff is wonderful. The dentist is great with the kids and very informative.
