Ive been taking my kids to this dentist (when they were located in Frederick) since they were born. My son was born with a cleft lip and they monitored his dental development from birth. This is a nice new office with a large waiting room. Lots of activity boards on the walls and couches and chairs to climb on. Each dental chair has a TV in front if it and kids can pick a show to watch while they are examined and cleaned. The hygienists are very friendly and helpful and great with the kids. They also have a big salt water tank with fish like the dentist in Finding Nemo. After the cleaning kids get a small toy and a goodie bag with floss/picks, new brushes, and paste. The practice offers sedation for kids who need it mainly the really young, anxious, and/or mentally handicapped. Ample parking, easy to find location, friendly staff.

We are extremely pleased with the level of care and our experience with Dr. Joe Camacho and his staff at Frederick Pediatric Dentistry of Hagerstown. From our very first visit at the office, we were made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the offiice itself. Dr. Joe is amazing from his beside manner to his wealth of knowledge, skill, and professionalism. He explained every part of the procedure to our daughter before, during and after the process ensuring that she was comfortable and was aware of everything that he was doing. Looking for a pediatric dentist in the Hagerstown area look no further. You will not regret your choice with Dr. Joe and his staff at Frederick Pediatric Dentistry of Hagerstown!! Thank you Dr. Joe!

Lied about getting a quote from our insurance company and we ended up doing the procedure. Find out months later that our insurance will not pay for it and when we called the insurance company has no record at all of ever being asked for a quote for the procedure. In their words they would have told the dentist that what they wanted to do was not covered by the plan. Now months later we are on the hook for a lot of money to pay for the rest of the procedure that the insurance "quote" we received would have paid for. Will never be using this business again for anything and an official complaint with the BBB has been lodged after attempting to make this right with their terrible customer service reps.

Fun, friendly staff and great at making sure the kids were comfortable during the entire process. This was our kids first time at the dentist and they were very nervous. The staff did an amazing job of making sure each kid knew exactly what was going on and what was going to happen to ensure they would not be nervous. We also like that Dr. Joe allows parents to go back with the kids. He did a great job of explaining to us what needs to happen in the future, even if he is not the one to do the future procedures. We highly recommend them. We will be back.

Today was our first visit to Frederick Pediatric Dentistry Hagerstown office, we had a wonderful experience. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Amanda did a awesome job cleaning my sons teeth and she even made him a kit to take home so he can pull some of his baby teeth because he was nervous about having them pulled. The office is beautiful and very welcoming for children. I have found our new dentist office for my son! I high recommend them.My son also gave them 2 thumbs up, he loved the fish tank and the TV glasses.
