I am not sure if the people below went to see the same doctor or the same office for that matter...Ive been going to Dr. Cindrario and the receptionist that owns this business for close to 9 years. I always feel treated with utter most respect. The receptionist is extremely classy and would never do the things the other reviewer wrote. This is the family owned business and they treat their customers like family. You got to remember, in this economy businesses are dying and this one seems to make it - so people do come here because they like the doctor and the office. Dr. Cindrario is an excellent doctor; I bring my 8 year old for almost 5 years now. Not only does he treat my vision, but also anything that has to do with dry eyes, allergies & he is excellent with my kids – I can not say enough great things about this place. I love everything about it! I was in the office on 2/17/11 and they were so booked that you had no place to sit…Obviously, this is a good sign! Thank you, Dr. Cindrario, Laila and Jeff! Dr. Cindrario is an excellent doctor. Ive been a patient with him for 3 years now, and hes always been extremely polite and helpful. He spends ample time going through my prescriptions and explaining any questions I might have. When I asked about hard lenses, rather than just saying "No, stick to disposables", he took the time to explain why, showed me letters from manufacturers justifying his position, and made sure I understood his view. He had even looked at my insurance and told me that I wasnt using it to get the free boxes of contact lenses to which I was entitled. This contrasts with other optometrists who try to get through as many patients as possible and shove them out the door.

This Dr. is great....i dont care about his receptionist....who is a bit snotty...because his service is wonderful. He takes extra time to make sure your prescription is correct before sending you on your way. He is NOT covered under my insurance but I go to him anyway....I would rather pay then worry about my vision.....I totally trust him.

Do Not Go Here!!! The receptionist is evil. Called because I was having problems with a bill they sent to me, and all she could say was, "too bad!" What kind of place is this?
