First time patient and was very satisfied with the office visit. My entire family has switched Dental needs to Dr. Reich. We are all very satisfied, my parents, kids and wife all are happy with the change from another practice in Elk Grove. Dr.Reichs office has a very relaxed atmosphere, plays classic rock over sound system and the employees all are happy and friendly. Dr. Reich is real down to earth and friendly.The receptionists at front desk, the dental asistants and My Favorite Dental Hygenist Debbie who is tremendous. My family and I followed her to this practice due to her excellent patient treatments over the last 20 years. Dr. Reich is the best dentist. Ive actually been a patient of this practice since I was an infant. I know my experience with other dentists has been limited--orthodontist, maxillofacial surgeon--but I can tell you Dr. Reich and his staff will go above and beyond to take care of you and your family. Everyone is professional, gentle and thorough. All procedures Ive had here beyond the twice yearly teeth cleaning have been--dare I say--pleasant. I have the utmost confidence and trust in their team. The front desk staff are wonderful, too!

My family and I have been going to Dr Reich since he opened the offce in Elk Grove. Thats been awhile! My kids are grown now and still go back to Dr. Reich for their checkups. His work is great. Ive had crowns and they are always perfect the first time. His staff is extremely, friendly, helpful, and accomidating. I know looking for a new dentist is scarry. Dont look further than Dr. Reich. As usual, the 6 month dental cleaning at Dr. Reichs was done with care, professionalism, and humor. I also am impressed with their use of technology. In addition, they have worked well with me as I have all 4 o my wisdom teeth in and have had financial and pain concerns with their removal; they have been very diligent in examining them and watching their health. Great dental practice done here

Dr. Reich and his staff are the best dentist office I have ever been to. I hate going to the dentist office as it was traumatizing as a young child but Dr. Reich has made it much easier. Would recommend him in a heartbeat!
