I went in for my initial appointment and they told me I would pay a certain amount for all of my work, they advised it would take two treatments. So thats great I can afford that I paid for all of the work and told them that my insurance would only cover $1,500 a year the girl then advised she checked my insurance they would cover up to $2,000 and they must have increased my limit. I believed them. I went in for my work and payed for my portion. Please keep in mind that these were not cavities and was work that they advised a previous dentist did wrong. On the first treatment after work was done. I was then advised I would owe an additional $200 for the rest of the work! Before the second appointment I got a bill from my insurance company advising that I owed an additional $259. Please stay away from this dentist! They will do whatever they can to scam you! Ive contacted my insurance company as well as the dental board. I prepaid for all my dental work. Since my family and I have called and cancelled any and all appointments, I now I get an invoice for $196.80 beyond what Ive already prepaid. There response on thier invoice was: "Insurance paid a lot less than expected towards your fillings. Amount shown belongs to you." Given our interaction with this dental practice, I would go elsewhere!

I cant saying writing a positive review for a dental office was something I would have thought to be doing but Marconi Dental is more than deserving of 5 Stars!! From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted by a friendly and professional staff that go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and back to your day as quickly as possible. It has been just over 4 years since I became a patient at Marconi Dental and only have great things to say. I travel a lot for work and they are great about keeping me on top of visits and very accommodating to my schedule. The one biggest thing they have helped me with is the confidence you get behind an amazing smile! With their experience and help with Invisalign that smile was better than ever in less than a year. I had previously gone the route of traditional braces and retainers, but with little patience and an active lifestyle it was difficult to maintain to see good results. Invisalign is not only very effective but after a very short time you will not even notice you have it on. If youre looking for a dental group that will keep your teeth healthy, smile bright, and treat you like one of their own, I highly recommend that you check them out - You will not be disappointed.

I was seen by several of these dentits that tried to scare me by telling me I needed to get work done that I trully infact didnt need from fillings, root canals to crowns. I recently had fillings done at another dental office a year ago and marconi office said the fillings were old with decay and needed to get refilled. I brush and floss daily my teeth are nice and strong. These dentists took the opportunity to milk my dental insurance. I went ahead and got those cavaties refilled, but something told me these dentists were bull5hitting! Im supposed to go back and get other fillings plus that so called root canal, but I went back to my old dentist who said I didnt need fillings on the teeth I was told needed fillings nor the root canal. I was speechless! Im writing this bad review so that you avoid this money milking greedy dental office. Just look at their office overhead and that shoud tell you what theyre good at (fraud)!$ So far they have great reviews, but dont let them fool you. They also have staff that send you facebook requests. Theyre supposed to train staff to avoid conflict of interest. Why would you send a fb request to a patient?

Last week was my very first visit to Marconi Dental Group after I had been referred to this place by a close friend of mine. It had been months since I had seen a dentist therefore I needed to get a complete check up and rundown on my teeth. My pervious experiences at dentists were never so great from when I sat down in the chair to how long I may have had to waited to get service. The second I sat down in my Chair at Marconi Dental Group I was treated and asked about all my concerns. Dr. Alizadeh not only informed me on what needed to be done but he helped me understand what was going on and informed me on better treatment ideas rather then previous experiences where other doctors tried to just make me pay for unnecessary services I may have not needed. Along side Dr. Alizadeh all the dental assistants were extremely welcoming and asking me about my day and if I felt at home offing me such things as water, coffee, etc. I must say for getting referred to this dentist and having it have been my first time as a patient it was a great experience and I would like to thank Marconi Dental Group for making there office feel like home.

This place was so accommodating! I had woken up with a tooth ache and was in excruciating pain and googled a few emergency dentist in my area and called them to see if they had any Appts available and I was greeted by Sahari she was very professional and efficient she was able to schedule me in that day. I also loved that I was able to fill out my new patient information electronically via email saved me so much time. Upon arrival I was greeted by I believe her name was Edna she was very sweet and was quick to notice my preferred name which was amazing and helped me fill out a few other forms and then was brought back by one of the dental assistants who was also very kind and hilarious I feel bad that I cant recall her name but she was also pretty awesome. I then was greeted by Dr Stephanie Kim who was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. For the most part going to the dentist is not usually the greatest experiences but they made me feel welcomed and extremely comfortable I can say with great confidence they have a patient for life thank you guys so much! -Myzelle

My entire family visits Marconi Dental and we are all very happy with their services. Dr. Alizadeh and his team are awesome ppl, not only professionally but also personally. They take the time and the effort to explain in detail everything about your teeth and NEVER EVER seem to be in a hurry to get rid of you. The equipment is high tech and hygiene & services exceptional starting from the reception right to the top. Another thing I like about them is the out of pocket payment, which is either a minimum, or no co pay at all. They seem to always work things out around my insurance and I have never had to pay anything. Their staff is highly proficient in their job and listen to what you have to say. Now that is rare these days - right. I was referred by a co-worker at the County and I have referred more ppl to them as well. Just one concern: I wish they opened more Saturdays, my husband workers for Yolo County and has not yet been able to visit Marconi Dental mainly because of his work hours.
