I went to this office last month. The front office staff were rude and slightly combatant when I expressed my anxiety. There was no acknowledgement by any staff member (Including the Doctor) to the fact that I was not seen until an hour and twenty minutes after my appointment time. Even after I complained. The doctor lacked common social respect, and did not even introduce herself -Even Veterinarians greet their patients. I did not feel that the exam was thorough or performed to common standards. I was told in addition to the problems I was aware of that I would need a $500 deep cleaning. I decided Id rather pay more out of pocket to someone else than be treated so poorly. I received a second opinion from a dental hygienist promptly, and saw a different dentist today. Todays exam was done thoroughly, confirming my suspicion of an slack exam at Star Dental, and there was no mention of needing a deep cleaning which took a $500 weight off my mind. I am writing this review because I want people to know places like this are not the norm, and even with Government insurance you are not trapped into staying with a dental office that is so disrespectful and possibly a rip-off. There are other options.

This place gets no stars they are rude at the front desk. She has no class give out wrong info an then tried to tell me Im lying about they had my daughter pull out 4 teeth to get ready for braces. They gave us a place for her to go to get the braces now the unprofessional girl in a lack of better words saying that she dont know what Im talking about an went back an forth with me for a while not trying to help me figure it out. With a rude tone at that. Im pissed off because my child may have went thru all that pain for no reason. Another thing that pissed me off was she looking in her chart an still act like she doesnt see anything. Then I ask can my son who is 7 come in an see a dentist an she is now really rude an makes his app way far out an he is in pain. My kids will not be going here an that girl needs to be let go from that job because she clearly dont want to be there or help anyone. An if she dont fix the way she talks to ppl over the phone she will be in a lot of trouble in person in many ways... The only reason I gave them one star is because I HAD TOO to post this.....

I would leave NO stars if I could. I called to make my husband an appointment and have never been spoken to so rudely in my life! Andrew was the person I was speaking with he laughed when I told him it was a emergency because my husband was in pain. When I asked to speak to a manager he said no he was in charge and there was no one above him. Andrew also hung up on me and told me my husband could just go to another dentist. when Asked do you speak to everyone like this he answered YES I Do. Andrew is the rudest person I have ever spoke to and should not be working with the public! Not that he cares but he just costs star dental a customer we will never be back and I hope other people dont make the same mistake by visiting this office!

NO STARS. MY DAUGHTER IS 11 YEARS OLD, HAD AN APPOINTMENT TODAY FOR A FILLING THE SOB USED NO NOVACAINE AND SHE WAS YELLING IN PAIN THEY PRIED HER MOUTH OPEN AND TO FILL HER TEETH. SHE BIT THE SOB FINGER THANK GOD FOR HER, THEY WERE EVEN WATCHING THE NEWS >WHILE DRILLING ON HER TOOTH. I WAS ASKED TO WAIT IN WAITING ROOM AND I KNOW FOR A FACT THEY WERE WATCHING THE NEWS CAUSE I WAS AS WELL AND MY DAUGHTER TOLD ME WHAT THE BREAKING NEWS WAS. I AM FILING A COMPLAINT MY DAUGHTER IS NOW TERRIFIED OF THE DENTIST... STAY AWAY FROM THIS WHACKED OUT GHETTO PLACE

This place is TERRIBLE!! The staff lied about cleaning my husbands teeth, the dentist filled 2 out of 3 cavities without nova cane in 15 MINUTES. Because he was running late. Call and request an appt. NO ONE will call you back. Some GHETTO woman called her "baby daddy" on speaker phone. Not ONE staff member said anything. We had to sit there for 20mins and listen to that ridiculous conversation. This place should be SHUT DOWN!!!!!

They went way too deep during a "deep cleaning" and have caused a large cut in my gum between my 2 front teeth and the bicuspid I believe. Now my gums bleed often. I feel they screw up what should be basic procedures on PURPOSE in order to get us to keep coming back. F that Ive changed my dentist ASAP & am currently exploring conpensation for malpractice.

the most unproffesional and rude office i have ever been to, someone named "Andrew" claimed to be an office manager. They didnt want to give my money back for undone procedure. Be careful. Very tricky people

Fast, efficient and friendly! Quickest Ive ever been in and out of the Dentist. They even squeezed me in after a date mix up. Made my daughter feel completely relaxed and comfortable.

I just had the most unprofessional and rude experiences ever with a staff member who claimed she was "ONE of the office managers" this place is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED
