I saw some poor reviews but also some great ones so I tried them. All the staff acted like I was a huge inconvenience for showing up. I actually asked if it isnt recommended to get annual check-ups anymore because 4 different staff were surprised when I just said annual visit. The dentist seemed like he had somewhere to be. No education or counseling. They also double-booked the hygienist so I didnt get a cleaning. In short they took my X-Rays said my teeth were fine. That was 2 hours. If I wanted my teeth cleaned it would have been another 30 min wait plus the time it took to clean!

Dr. Sarkari was really gentle and patient with my autistic, non verbal 8-year old son, and the Office Manager, Ms. Diamond Huynh, and another associate (sorry, cant remember her name, but she knows who I mean) went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. It was actually the first time EVER my son managed to get through a full set of X-rays AND a cleaning, and the entire team was very nice and supportive. THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking such good care of my 2 boys! :)

Dr prahdna did not listen to my concerns. As I was seated for treatment she immediately gave the impression that she didnt want to listen to any of my concerns. Maybe it was a bad day, but as a professional she lacks experience with knowing how prevent issues instead of creating them. Workplace dysfunction. Lack of purpose. Doesnt take accountability in work. This company needs an audit or it will suffer legal issues.

Mr(s) Khanh was very professional, polite, confident and down to Earth person, makes you feel at home, not intimidating, very friendly. She truly showed that she cared about my overall heath and did everything possible to ensure that I was comfortable. She is very passionate, deserving of much more praise. Beyond amazing..... A lovely staff who is friendly and easy to make conversation. My teeth were ok before I went to them now my teeth belong in movies. Shout out to the most amazing dental hygienist Ive ever met! KHANH! Extremely busy she still managed to get everything I needed done. Putting in OT, Khanh your the real hero

Great customer service! I had to reschedule my appointment and they called me to remind me. The staff is very polite and understanding. Dr. Sarkari does amazing work, and his assistant is top notch! I would recommend Dr. Sarkari and Access Dental to any of my family and friends. This has been a positive dental experience.

I dont rate 5 stars often (always room for improvement) but the care I have received since becoming a patient has been EXCEPTIONAL! Dr. Delgado helped resolve a tooth emergency and my upkeep care has been excellent. Plus their dental plans helps keep our bills manageable. I would definitely recommend Access Dental.
