I am a stage 4 cancer patient. I am dumbfounded. I just left this dentist who informed me that my cancer was "no big deal, Id be fine". Ya know, I hope shes right but shes never met me before, has no oncology degree, and came across as crass and dismissive. I felt so angry, it was odd. Even after I asked her to stop and told her how I was hearing/taking her words, she just kept on. Finally I point blank asked her to stop talking except in regards to my teeth. In addition to letting you know about this dentist, Id like to ask that if you meet (know) someone facing any big hurdle, please refrain from minimizing it. Ugh. #notgoingback Additionally, they recommended a toothpaste that enables your teeth to replace calcium etc. to reduce sensitivity. It was $30 in office and $18 online. Thats a pretty hefty mark up!! Having said that - her staff was great. Really warm, helpful, and efficient. But again, #Notgoingback!

Everyone is nice and super helpful. They provide the environment where I actually look forward to going to the dentist to show off how great Ive been at flossing. Would recommend to anyone who has had bad past experiences at the dentist. Front desk explains the status of your insurance and gives you a great picture of what is covered, how much things cost, and whether to elect into optional procedures. All the hygienist are knowledgeable and explain why they do the things they do, which make it easier to keep up with dental care. The doctor is nice and really cares about her patients well-being. Ive had nothing but great experiences.

This was by far one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. Dr. Formoli and her assistant Olga are amazing!! This is the first time I have ever gone through a dental procedure with absolutely zero anxiety. Their technology is top notch and I felt no pain or discomfort whatsoever. Also, all of the office personnel are super nice and very helpful. They answered all of my questions and gave me a really great payment option that would work for anyone with a tight budget. I just moved to the Sacramento area and I will recommend this office to everyone!!

Ive been coming here for close to 15 years now. I have had plenty of work done over those years and can say that I have never had an issue with any of the work not being done correctly or having a filling come out or a crown come loose. Staff is very friendly and very good at their job. Just recently had a crown done and they did it in house so I didnt have to come back which is a great convenience since Im coming in all the way from Rocklin. I have recommended a number of people here and will continue to do so.

I have been using the services of Dr Formoli for over a decade. I can remember around 2003 she did a root canal with a water laser. I did not have one injection. No pain and no recovery time. Now its 2016 she made a Digital Crown in 1 1/2 hours while I waited in the office. I now live in Houston Texas and I still come back to her as she really knows her job. I have tried other dentist and they dont measure up.

The staff here are very nice with such great service! My 4 year old son had an awful experience at another dentist and hated the Dentist. I took him here and they were able to completely handle my son and fix his teeth with a smile on his face. He loved it there and will let me go back anytime. The office staff and Dentist were so caring and gentle and it made ALL the difference!

Take advantage of older people, the receptionist is mean and I would not go back! They assumed my father wanted "CARE CREDIT". Watch out they will run your credit with without your permission. Be aware!
