The dreaded root canal - a reward for not visiting a dentist in 8 years. The procedure was thoroughly explained beforehand. I was also given the heads up about what I could expect during the procedure. I appreciated that as I am a health-care worker myself. The anesthetic was a local injection, administered initially and again when I requested more a bit later. The injections were barely noticeable. It worked fabulously. In fact, I had no need to take any pain medications afterwards (its been 24 hours ago at this point). The dentist and the dental assistant were, individually, very good at their work. However, and I could not help but be a neutral observer, the dentist treated/spoke to the assistant in a condescending manner - as if she were new at her job. I thought she was good and attentive to detail (I remarked as much as she formed my temporary crown). This interaction between the folks working on me is the only reason I have not rated the care a 5 out of 5. I will, however, continue to use and recommend A+ Dental Care for myself, my family and my friends.

I first consulted with Dr. Ray at A+ Dental Care for a second opinion. I was stunned and shocked when he discovered and verified with pictures numerous, severe problems that the other dentist had totally missed. He describes what he is doing at every step and checks with his patient that they understand their care. He is very empathetic and caring, even massaging my jaw muscles after a long procedure. A+ is great! The office is very friendly. The staff are always cheerful and work together cooperatively with helpful attitudes. It is the most comfortable dental office that I have ever been in.

The A+ team has been wonderful! I had neglected my dental health for years. After deciding it was time to take better care of my teeth, I chose A+. My daughter and granddaughter are patients. Best decision Ive made in a long time. They are kind and understanding of my phobia. They work well with my dental insurance ensuring my out of pocket costs are minimal. Im on the road to regaining my smile.

I had a great experience at the Foothills location! From the staff at the counter as I walked in & left, Jean (pronounced Gin) was amazing, both as a hygienist, professionally & personally, she was very sweet & kind, and the (female) dentist who checked me at the end (sorry, I dont remember her name) were all amazing!! Id recommend this location to anyone!!! Keep up the great work!!

They were quick to check me in and pull me back. The staff and dentist were very pleasant & easy to talk to. They had a last minute cancellation and fit me in for a root canal of all things and it was a very speedy process. Dr. Man was a very happy go lucky kinda person and I am very impressed. I would definitely recommend A+ Dental to anyone who needs dental work done!!:)

Wonderful staff! My first visit here and it was wonderful! I was in quite a lot of pain and Dr. Nyuguen were so great and took great care of me. I was in and out within a half hour and in much less pain!! Looking forward to making this my new dentist-love the convenience of being close to my work and such accommodating hours!

A+ Dental excepted me as a walk in on a Saturday. They provided excellent care an preformed the procedure I needed that same day. I have never had such a positive experience at any other dental office. They are hands down the best and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting excellent dental care.

This office is incredible. Dr. Nguyen Cindy are extremely professional and more importantly friendly and kind. Everyone makes you feel at home and comfortable and they are very good at what they do. On top of that they maintain incredible hours to accommodate busy schedules. I am a patient for life!

The only word that comes to mind is inept. How do you send someone home with an incomplete prescription? And then lie, and say that the pharmacy staff cant be looking at the right prescription. Your ineptitude is out of this world. Do us all a favour, and find other jobs

Overall, a great local practice that has the latest technology and equipment. Our whole family has been here for over 15 years. Weve seen some growing pains as Dr. Herman and his partners grew the office and opened new locations, but ultimately have been satisfied.

I love Dr. Kayla. She makes my time in the chair almost fun. She is fast - the NASCAR of her profession. Shes compassionate - Dr. Livingston in a slightly smaller package. And a sculptor to boot - Michaelangelo with a drill. She is something else!
