I seriously cannot say enough nice things about this office... My 5 1/2 year old daughter has super high anxiety (Im talking crying and hyperventilating during xrays), so when she needed dental work at another office, we opted for IV sedation. It went fine, but it didnt sit right with me to have to put her to sleep every time. The next time they said she needed 2 more fillings and 2 caps, I decided to get a second opinion. My husband and I have gone to Dr. Nguyen, so we knew we could trust him for a consultation at the very least. From the very first visit, I instantly knew that we would never take our daughter anywhere else. Dr. Nguyen kept her calm the entire time and explained everything to her before doing it. Today, she even received her first filling (with a shot of lidocaine)... She didnt even flinch when she got the shot.. Its like shes a different kid here, and I think it really has to do with the staff.. I would recommend them to ANYONE, but especially anyone who needs a gentle touch for their littles :) Thank you SO MUCH, Smile 32

I currently live in Phoenix, AZ and visit family in Stockton at least once or twice a year. Lets just say that there is a reason why I live over 700 miles away and my primary dental care is at Smile 32. Dr Nguyen and his office staff without a doubt provide excellent patient care when it comes to my dental needs. Just today, I visited Dr. Nguyen and he like always made me feel as if i was apart of the Smile 32 family. He is so detail oriented that he showed me step by step how to improve my dental health needs at home. We established goals on what improvement he would like to see by my next visit. As a teacher who is always on a tight budget I can always count on them never trying to provide a service that I do not need and the prices are budget friendly. I rarely review or rate any business but the service that i receive at this dental office is worth noting. I highly recommend visiting Smile 32.

Dr Novan has been my dentist since 2011. I have been coming here to get my routine cleaning and any other treatment i needed along the way such as fillings,crowns etc. Dr Novan is very detailed in his work down to the cleanings, he takes his time and make sure everything is done at perfection. Doctor also recommended me to get braces to straighten my teeth. He went over with me a few braces options that would best fit my needs. We went with traditional braces and i could be any happier with the results i am seeing.!!

I have taken my family here to Dr. Novan for several years and we have been very pleased. He takes his time and does a very thorough job! Hes great with kids as well as adults and always make sure we are comfortable while working on our teeth. His office manager, Misa, is awesome too! Shes very organized and very friendly! We have tried many big name Dentists in Stockton before but were not satisfied. Now that we have found Dr. Novan, we are not going any where else!! Try him out!

Dr.Novan and Dr.Chu are both very gentle and give you information step by step on what needs to get done. Not to mention my appointment was at 2:00 pm and they brought me back right away. Along with Niza she was very helpful when it came down to breaking down my financing. Lorena and Justine made an awesome team . Lorena was very knowledge when it came to answering my questions. Over all great experience. Would recommend this office to anyone looking for great service all around.

I absolutely love this office! Not only are the doctors amazing and really care about your smile... They make sure procedures are done right and perfect even if it means ordering a whole new tooth which is my case.. Ive been to a few different dental locations and havent been as pleased as i am now.. The dental assistants really make this place feel like home! They always remember me and our past conversations! I never enjoy going to the dentist...so I was very anxious and nervous about going in to see Dr.Nguyen. But he was highly recommended,hes been my sister s dentist for years. I knew I could keep on putting it of. Dr. Nguyen and his staff was very nice and kind. They immediately put me at least, Dr Nguyen was very through and very gentle. He explained my treatment very well and made me feel like i had nothing to fear.Im so glad i listen to my sister.

Dr. Novan has been by far the best dentist I have seen. Usually Im really nervous and anxious before my appointments but he has always made me feel at ease and very comfortable. I have been completely satisfied with all the work I have done here. So far, Ive gotten a several root canals and several filings and no more pain. I actually fell asleep a couple times. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

Doctor Novan is an excellent Dr. for Dental Hygiene. He is very kind, patient, and funny. He has been my Dr. for the past year and is currently doing my braces. His staff members are very well alike. They have adopted his work ethics and are also professional dental assistants. Everyone here is nice. I highly recommend everyone to be a patient here at smile 32 for Dr. Novan.

Dr.chu was extermly nice and walked me through my treatment plan. She was very gentle and took her time with my cleaning. Lorena was great with the xrays and the whole staff was friendly.Loved everything about this office for sure coming back. My experience @ smile 32, Ill give it 5 stars, clear Communication customer service is one of the best!! ill give Niza credit, Dr. Novan, Dental doctor is the best!! Dr. Novan hands is not heavy!! when I say not heavy, you guys will know he had experience....I recommend you guys to go and experience smile 32!!

Great experience! I usually am a nervous wreck when it comes to getting in the dental chair. I worked myself up assuming id leave with $10,000 worth of treatment. That wasnt the case in fact I only have two needed fillings, they staff was so nice and caring. I would recommend Smile 32 to all of my friends!

When you normally go in to any office you expect to wait 30mins or more to be seen. But not at this office. Had appointment with Dr Chu at 2pm and was seen in less than 10min. She was is super friendly! The staff is polite and friendly. Just had cleaning, but It didnt hurt a bit. See you in 6 months Dr Chu
