This is the best dental clinic I experience the most. Most dental clinic I went to for an dental works for my bad toothacg, have to wait 1 to 3 hrs to get service n charge me a lot of money after insurance cover the rest. The most worst dental clinic I had experience with is western dental. They r so clowed n wait forever to get services? ?? One I went to western dental for a bad caviety tooth. They say they cannot pulled my bad tooth out? Cause, the specialist is that dealing with toothage issues is not working today, I have to make a appointment for one more week, while Im much in pain. So, I say to myself screwed western dental, I find another clinic that will take care my problem n they take care my toothache same time that day. I will tell u peoples this, u need to go to a great dental clinic is brightnow dental clinic. Thank them for the best services. I recommend u peoples out there, if having hard time with ur current dental clinic? Should go n try out brightnow dental clinic, u well see the different in of the services there. I guarantee u will be happy the services they provide there? ??

Horrible customer service staff are very rude i had braces with them i was hardly ever seen maybe every 2 motnths on there time and schedule not caring about my time and job schedule then at the end of my treatment the dentist orthodontic Chang accidentally grinds down my canine teeth with out asking me and when i confront her about my teeth she claims she didnt touch them and the managers Carol and Niomi did not seem to care and they all refuse to give me my retainer that i paid for and am obligated to receive in my treatment and contract..and also they are over charging my bank acct. Saying i missed a payment when i never missed a payment and provided proof but their still stealing money from my acct so i had to pay 31$ for my bank to stop the transactions ..i will never recommend or come back to this Bright Now Dental especially stockton location stay away from them i wish i would have worst dental experience in my whole life!!!!

I have been coming to Bright Now Dental for over 2 years for general care and a 1.5 years for ortho. Staff is always helpful and understanding. Staff really take the the time to get to know you as a person, not just a chart number and that makes every visit that much more welcoming. I will continue my dental care at Bright Now and cannot wait for my braces to be removed and see my new pearly whites. Thanks team!

I love coming here! Ive been a patient sense march 2016 for adult braces. They are wonderful .from the receptionists to the Dental assistants so great and very friendly. I dont feel uncomfortable at all coming here. My treatment plan is a long one but every time I go I always see results.they also call and text you and email you your appointments so you dont miss one. I would 100% recommend this clinic.

If you are getting ortho done. Sandra is the ortho assistant and I love how gentle and patient she is. She takes care of your teeth and gives fair warning if something might feel a bit uncomfortable. I highly recommend her if you are getting braces!

Great dentist! Dr. Reed makes you feel so comfortable, he walks you through every step of your treatment which helps put you at ease. I hate shots, but every time he has worked on me I couldnt even feel them. The staff are awesome too!
