When moving to Richmond, finding the right dentist was quite a challenge. I went to two dentists and had two horrible experiences before I arrived at Burns Family Dentistry. Dr Jill does exceptional work, was willing to work with me in fixing my numerous problems and never made me feel bad about the state of my mouth. (Strong teeth do not run in my family). Office staff is warm, friendly and very accommodating. After being with Burns Family Dentistry for 6 years, I’ve just moved away and I don’t know where I am going to find another dentistry to live up to my expectations.

Returning to the area after retiring from the U.S.Navy, it took me a long time to find a dental practice I liked and trusted. Ive lived all over the world, so I have experience with a good cross-section of dentists. Ive been with Jill Burns DDS Family Dentistry for almost a year now and can honestly say Dr.Jill and her staff are the best Ive experienced to date. Extremely professional and very friendly, it seems to me they all follow the same credo as myself: "Treat everyone you meet as you would like to be treated yourself"!

My family and I have been going here for almost 20 years. The staff are super helpful, friendly, and great with kids. We also appreciate their willingness to teach us how to take better care of our teeth, to let us know when there might be insurance coverage were not aware of, and to make sure that were comfortable through sometimes grueling processes. Ive recommended this place to various people over the years and consistently hear good things.
