Such a nice facility! Dr Bain is so kind and hes very quick to explain his intentions with any procedures. I had to have a filling a few days ago and was so terrified when the assistant told me I might need to be numbed (needles freak me out). When Dr Bain came into the room I told him I was none too keen on the whole needles-in-my-gums idea. Instead of giving me a quick "Dont worry about it" kind of answer, he explained in a good amount of detail just exactly how he does numbing on patients and what his goals are when doing fillings. His explanation was not one that was so quick where I felt like he was just spouting off clinical verbiage to get me to be chill so he could move on to the next patient. He genuinely made me feel comfortable and very confident in the work of his dentistry. It turned out I didnt need to be numbed (Thank the Lord!) but regardless, the time Dr Bain took to explain the procedure, should it need to be done, put all my fears to rest. Ive never had a filling be that efficient and pleasant. I am so excited to have found this dentist!

Dr. Bain Dental Group in Carrollton, GA has surpassed my expectations! I was referred by a friend who spoke of the personable staff and the stellar customer service. I am pleased to say this has also been my experience. First of all, I came in for a regular teeth cleaning and saw Andrea, who did a great job and took her time to get to know me. When I finally did see Dr. Bain, I knew that be would become my new dentist. He makes an effort to meet the needs of his patients and learn about them. Finally, the front desk receptionists are all so friendly and make me feel right at home. Im grateful to have been referred here and will be coming back!

This is a GREAT office!! The staff is excellent and kind. We love Ms. Angie our dental hygienist! She is always super sweet, caring, and asking if we are okay during our cleanings. She is great with kids, my three year old cant wait to see Ms. Angie and Mr. Thirsty. She makes going to the dentist fun. My whole family feels comfortable and cared for with the Bain Dental Group. We highly recommend them to anyone and for all age groups. You will be well cared for.

Time with dentist short and they werent interested in what I wanted or could afford- they examined teeth gave their plan n left receptionist to go over pricing- I went for a cavity which they werent interested in filling but were wanting me to sign up for $11000 worth of cosmetic dentristry with the cavity on front tooth ignored till end of all other procedures - felt my concerns were not addressed and wasted cost of the visit.

Very efficient in every way - had my prior X-rays transferred & Bain recd them prior to my appointment day, they called to let me know theyd recd them. They had my insurance verified before my appt time. I wasnt in the waiting room five minutes after completing the paperwork & was taken in for my cleaning. Andrea, the hygienist, was thorough, friendly and pain free :-) and the doctor was as well. A very nice experience.

Dr. Bain and his staff are very professional and kind. Dr. Bain is the most thorough and knowledgeable dentist I have been to. He takes the time to explain in detail the procedure he is doing. I have been with Dr. Bain for 3+ years, right when his practice opened. I have had veneers and root canals and cavities filled. Every procedure has been excellent and successful. I totally recommend this dental practice!

Professional. Kind. Efficient. Great dentist. Great staff. I appreciate that it is a practice that still has patient rooms instead having patients in mass areas where other patients can see and know your business. Love the text and email appointment reminders as well. I typically hate going to the dentist. With this group, I dont think I will dread having to make and attend appointments. They are fantastic.

Always been the best around! I used to go to the Bowdon office 30 minutes away just because of the service and quality. They value your time and have always been reasonable with prices. Ive paid out of pocket for years when I had no insurance and it was worth every penny knowing I got great care. Youll never wait longer than your appointment time. Im so glad they opened an office in Carrollton!

I absolutely love the Carrollton location . They are excellent with my kids. They let them "help" while they are getting their teeth cleaned. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. So glad we found Bain Dental.
