I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and got a call a few days before the appointment asking if I would come in an hour later, which I agreed to do. My appointment was for X-rays and wisdom tooth extraction. They took me in 30 minutes after scheduled but X-rays were fast and staff was nice. Dentist came in and said he would possibly have me come back after his lunch and walked away. Staff came back in, numbed my gum, brought in the tools and said he would be right back to perform the procedure. Over 1 hour later I got up and walked out! He never came back nor did anyone else. Had the procedure the following day by Dr. Dawn Harvey at her office. 40 minutes in and out! Clearly there are better options in Villa Rica, yes the staff is great but that doesnt make up for the Doctor!

Made an appointment two months ago. Explained x-rays were taken in February with our former dentist. Smile Center said theyd request them. I go for my appointment today & x-rays are JUST NOW being requested and they inform me they cant do the annual exam without x-rays. They further explain I can wait or I can pay their $50 charge to redo the x-rays because insurance wont pay for them twice. I left. 1) Im not paying again for something thats already been done and 2) I made the appointment months ago, someone did not do their job and make sure the x-rays were received before said appointment. Im definitely not paying because someone failed to do their job.

Each and every experience at smile center in villa rica is a great one! They always have a smile on their face. They seem to really care about their patients and that always makes a visit to the dentist a little easier. Id recommend smile center to anyone!!

Sometimes when I get a numbing shot they wait so long to do the procedure that I need more shots. That costs money and hurts. They are nice and I havent had any major issues though.
