First experience with a pediatric dental doctor as a parent was the most horrible experience. Care and concern all the way from the staff to the doctor, who is also the owner of the practice, was severely lacking. We were dismissed due to several instances of this office failing to provide us the proper notification and information. Stating in their dismissal that the provided release of records paperwork had the incorrect contact phone number because it was disconnected. No surprise there that outside of the box thinking was not done to locate our numbers on our childs profile or on the several chains of email I had back and forth with the surgery coordinator. I imagine the number that was put down may have been transposed due to the extreme frustration of being told the doctor is refusing to provide services to my 6 year old based on semantics and lack of information from two offices. Oh and we still have to pay $30 for the release of records. Also told it would take 7-14 business days to have the records. I have spent the last 7 years in the meducation field and, you either have an EMR system where you can print automatically or paper where you can make copies. No, no, of course no consideration yet again were not made. At the end of the day, my sweet 6 year old, whom the Carrollton and Newnan office forgot about has to continue to suffer.

I have taken my daughter here 2x. I found them to be very kind and great with my daughter. The tech was really good with my daughter. She made her feel comfortable with her 1st cleaning. They use cute "kiddy" character names for all the tools and use fun terms to make kids more comfortable. They do seem really booked up and busy, but they still manage to spend enough time with you discussing your childs needs. Also, one true bonus: they give your child a token at the end of the visit so they can use it to get an item from the waiting room, like bouncy balls and etc. (picture those machines at the entry of stores that you put a quarter in to get a toy).

They always over book themselves so they are doing a rush job. Normally only one lady even doing the cleanings and everyone is bothering her to the point you can tell shes frustrated and not focused on your child. Then they over billed me the past 2x i have took my kids.

Staff is nice. I have had trouble getting them to answer phone and scheduling. I would give a higher rating if they returned my calls to reschedule a extraction!
