When you look at these reviews, please take great heed in the ones who mark this location with a 1 or 2 stars. You are likely getting the truth with these and I can tell you from experience that this is the case. On a recent visit I accompanied a family member who is extremely nervous when going to the dentist. I have been with her on several occasions and accompanying her back into the dental suite has never been a problem with the exception of the time when they did the physical dental work (the dentist said for safety reason due to items flying about the room.) The office manager (DEE) was exceptionally rude and told me that I would be waiting in the lobby. I advised her that my family member was not comfortable with being in the back alone as she felt the team had been "aggressive" with her in the past. She told me that my family member was wrong and it didnt matter what she said, that they didnt do that. I didnt ask her for her opinion on the matter, I stated our opinion as the patient and caretaker how we felt. I pushed back and she made the veiled threat that she would not see the patient if I continued to insist that I accompany her. I advised her that I would push for a full refund of services if she failed to complete the contract we had signed. This office manager needs some serious skills training in how to deal with "facing" customers because she sucks at it. She told me this instruction was coming from the dentist but then refused to let us see the dentist to confirm what she was stating. The rest of the staff was nice, so I have to hope its just this one person and hopefully not the dentist too. A patient has the right to have someone accompany them and there is no policy akin to this because I asked her to show me the policy and she refused.

The receptionist was rude and lazy. My wife was extreme pain. We arrived at 8a.m. I gave my insurance information. The receptionist claimed she called and was told it was not active. I called got all the information needed and gave it to her. 11:30 a.m. I called my dental insurance again that she claimed they called 3x and could not reach. I kept the rep on the phone turned on the speaker. I went to the desk and without me saying anything she said we tried to call 3x already. The insurance rep said we have no records of you calling. I then told I have the insurance company on the phone. Everyone in the lobby was in shock at the unprofessional treatment. To make matters worse they loosened my wifes tooth. Shes devastated.

The worst experience Ive had trying to do something as simple as scheduling an appointment. The receptionist and office manager are so rude. It was almost like they didnt want me to make the appointment. Ive never heard of paying before I even get a confirmed appointment. Plus, they were going to charge me way more than I shouldve paid. They either calculated my insurance wrong or did it on purpose to rip me off. Bottom line, refuse to be treated like crap. Never going to an Aspen again.

I had a very bad experience with them. It took 7 visits to get a bridge installed. They even had me waiting in their office for almost an hour at one of the appointments, just to tell me my bridge had not come in and that it was too late to call the lab to track it down. they rescheduled and I took time off work to get the bridge installed, and they canceled my appointment because the dentist left early for his birthday. I will NEVER use them again.

Everything was fine until these people told my husband, my two year old and my newborn to go outside in 80 degree weather because my newborn was crying when I was in the back. This is not a library. You dont tell my kids they have to go outside for something my newborn cant control. I was so upset I was crying. I will never go back to them. The nerve.

My experiences at Aspen Dental in Douglasville, Georgia have been truly gratifying. The staff is warm and welcoming, and all of them exhibit excellent customer service. Most of all, Dr. Ballentine and the hygienist restored my teeth back to good health. I would recommend their services anytime!

My experience at Aspen Dental was great. The hygienist and dentist were very attentive and informative. Dee and Lameesha were professional and prompt in getting me scheduled and getting my visit complete in the system. I highly recommend the Douglasville office

Will never go again! Was told I had 3 cavities, needed a deep cleaning and more! Over $2000. Got second opinion, needed a regular cleaning, and a filling replaced. $500 big difference. Not happy with Aspen Dental

Scheduled an appt verified insurance coverage I was called several times to confirm appt. went to appt only to be told they didnt accept my insurance. Cant and wont recommend, they just dont have it together
