Dr. Madl doesnt seem to have much appreciation for his audience and was arrogant and rude to me. He insisted on giving my older child the "princess filling" bit, despite her being 9 and to old for the whole charade. I tried to talk to her, he was aggravated with me and snapped at me. Not only this, but I found it difficult to talk to and level with my childrens care. I stopped seeing him after this interaction. Dont get me wrong, I think he tries very hard, but at some point you need to read your audience and sure as heck not treat the parents with such hubris.

All 4 of my children, now 33, 30, 26 & 15, LOVE Dr. Madl and his entire staff! My grand hildren also love thier experiences there. We have had pleasant experiences with fillings and actually all services. He will see your child up through college!

I called to ask if they accepted medicaid, when I asked the woman chuckled, and said no, and then said nothing, she then ended the call with okay bye. As if I was bothering her, very rude.
