This place is the WORST!! They had undergone new management a couple of years ago and we thought things were going really well. Seemed to have more compassion, quality, and care. My son made a visit recently and it was back to having terrible service which almost caused us to leave them forever before but we were seeing positive change. Come to find out they have changed management again and the youngster running the place has no control. I could hear receptionists talking badly about their clients from the exam room, the quality is gone and all they do is throw medications at problems without actually finding out what the cause is. I was given 3 drugs to treat our dog that was lethargic and not himself. After no improvment we went elsewhere to find out he has a disease called addisons. If you care about quality service with compassion STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! They are too busy playing around, making jokes, and being rude when you say something about it. No care for their clients or patients. Its sad cause they really were on an upturn for a few years.

Falcon Hospital has always made room for us anytime I call, the difference between Falcon and other Veterinarians in Falcon, is they care, you are not a number . I called at the end of the day because my schnauzer had a hurt foot, I was called by the veterinarian herself DR Meadows and she made room for me, I have 9 Schnauzers and I couldnt afford shots for all of them, Falcon Hospital made it affordable for me . I have been to 2 Vets In Falcon, believe me you are not just a number at Falcon Hospital, The staff is very friendly, the Vets are beyond experienced and above all they care about there customers, Free Coffee and a great Team.. I love these guys because its almost like a Mom and Pop operation you see on TV. the other guys in Falcon treat you like a number versus Falcon Hospital treats you like Family .

Animal Hospital has been our vet for years. They have always given the best care possible to our dogs. I had a 9 year female pug and this was the only vet where she had been treated. Dr. Kranz diagnosed her with a pretty severe heart condition and had her on treatment right away. She was always available for appointments and phone calls every time we needed her. She cared for my pug as if she were her own. I never had any doubt that she would be well cared for. She recently passed away due to her heart issues and Dr. Kranz was there for her up to the end. I couldnt imagine her being with anyone else. Dr. Kranz was very much there for me as well thru all this -- much more than just a vet!! The staff are wonderful and caring as well and were there for us every time. Best vet office ever.

I had a very bad experience with this place, mind you this was many years ago, but I believe this still applies. My dog was attacked by some dogs who were loose. We rushed him over there, but it was close to their closing time. They examined him and said he just needed to stay overnight. I wake up the next morning to hear that my dog had passed away. I was devastated. I went to pick up his body and they gave me him in a garbage bag... I opened it later and found they had never treated his wounds, nor does it seem he was even taken care of. The most despicable thing is, they send me a letter of condolence, with a bill charged for $75 dollars. If I was able to post a review with ZERO stars I would, but thats not how this rating system works.

A while back a took a bird in for help that I found injured by the side of the road. I was on the way to work and thus had no ability to care for it at that time. This clinic had no interest in helping this poor, helpless creature that was in obvious distress. I thus have no respect for this place or its so called "vets". So much for honoring the Veterinarians Oath of solemnly swearing to use their scientific knowledge and skills for the benefit of society through the protection of animal health and welfare, the prevention and relief of animal suffering.... They must have just been moving their lips when they were taking their oath. Shameful, to say the least.

We have been bringing our dogs to Animal Hospital of Falcon since we moved to Falcon. The staff and doctors are very friendly and our dogs love them. They have been with us through both the good times and the not so good times. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a vet. I dont know what vet Aiden Manzanares was at because we have been with Animal Hospital of Falcon since they moved in and have never had this experience. I believe the owner and manager is still Dr. Anita Baker and it has never changed management. They have grown and brought in other vets to work with. The only way to know is to visit there yourself.

They were nice enough when I need annual checkups for my cat. But on 10/26/14 when I needed quick help for her they did not care at all. I told them my cat was seriously ill and they told me they could not help because their computer was down. When I told them it was an emergency they rudely told me to go to the emergency room in Colorado Springs. My cat Minnie died sometime after I passed their office on the way to the emergency room. Im not sure if they could have saved Minnie but I do know they did not seem to care at all. Im extremely angry at how I was treated on the phone so consider that my full disclosure.

I have been taking my dogs and cats to this clinic for 18+ years. I have found them to be very caring and knowledgeable. But within the last year there has been a turn over of Doctors and some staff. My personal opinion is that was all for the best. My primary doctor is Dr. Amy Krantz. I love her...She found cancer tumors that the old doctors said it was just a benign syst. Also I find everyone to be very friendly and helpful. They have extended their hours and are now open on Saturdays. I think you all are doing everything right for the customer and patients. I am happy to give them and 5 rating.

I took my Doxie in for booster shots on Oct. 29, 2014. Told the tech taking the information from his old shot records what he had reactions to in the past. One was a Leptospirsis shot, I said absolutely NO to that shot and they gave it to him anyway, not telling me. 3 hours later I was doing high speeds to an animal emergency in Colorado Springs to save his life. NEVER AGAIN will Animal hospital of Falcon touch any of my dogs. They didnt even bother to call me to see if he was okay or dead.

Do NOT go here, they killed my boyfriends cat because of their ignorance. Dont let the hospital in their name fool you! They killed my my boyfriends cat cause they couldnt care for him properly in an emergency plus waited too long to react to the situation. After they put the cat down. They stated they couldnt do anything else to help him. We called around to other vets that could so my boyfriends cat lost his life for no reason and all cause they didnt know what they were doing!
