Horrible. Called on the phone for a last minute exam. Id understand if they were booked, instead they say to come in. Prior to getting there I asked if they take my vision coverage, no response. I did not have my health insurance card on me because its in my car at the dealership. This place is in 15 minutes walking distance so they say come in anyway. I get there and they turn me away for not having my card and all the employees are terribly rude. Possibly because they are extremely elderly and out of touch with reality. Hopefully nobody else intends to use their services.

I had one visit and was kept waiting without apology or updates for two hours. Thats the longest any doctor has ever kept me waiting. The lack of concern and patient respect was palpable, unacceptable and will never be repeated. When this character finally showed up I cursed him out loudly and repeatedly and challenged every lie he told me to cover his aberrant behavior and that of his staff. The visit was an utter waste of my time, I have vision problems and he made no attempt to correct them. I will find another Doctor and report him to every medical board I can find.

I had an emergency and Dr. Goldfarb was happy to see me the same day. He performed a complete and accurate assessment and referred me to a sub-specialist (which was the perfect call). He contacted the physician and arranged for me to be seen immediately, thus avoiding an ER visit. He took his time answering questions and was very patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Goldfarb as an excellent clinician and a real professional. His staff was courteous and patient.
