Dr. Smith is the kindest, most knowledgeable, and most understanding doctor I know. He is up on all the latest eye research, has the latest equipment in his office, and he really takes his time with his patients. My 9 year old daughter begged me to let her start going to Dr. Smith after joining my husband and me on our appointments to his office. The three of us are so happy with the care we get from Dr. Smith and his entire staff. They bend over backward to make sure you are happy and that you get great care. The first time we went to their office was after our last optometrist retired. My husband had scratched 2 layers of his cornea and when we called Dr. Smiths office to try to get an appointment, they were about to close. Even though we were not yet patients of his, Dr. Smith stayed open late to wait for us to get there. He was so gentle with my husband who was in incredible pain. He gave my husband great care so that his eye could heal. I recommend them to people all the time!

I have been traveling to Dr Smith from NY for many years because of his computerized, state-of-the-art testing and imaging equipment (no dilating drops needed - at least not for me, during my visits!) and friendly manner. His office is bright and his staff courteous and helpful. I needed a last minute appointment because of a broken frame (and for an overdue eye exam) and was immediately given one, even though he was booked for weeks. I suspect that everyone had to come in an hour earlier for me! I am very choosy about new frames, and usually sit there a half an hour trying to make a decision. His staff has always been very patient with me. Dr Smith is very worth checking out, even if you live up to 50 miles away!

Dr. Floyd Smith was THE best eye doctor I have ever been to. And I am 32, have had eye doctors since I was very young (I have bad eyes). Im new to the area and had met him at my job so I decided to try out his practice. He takes the time to actually teach you about your eye, explain everything in great detail. Hes so knowledgeable and thorough and you can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients and loves what he does. You cant ask for a better experience than that! If only all doctors were as wonderful, wed be doing great! Ive been meaning to write this review for a while, I saw him probably about 6 months ago....

Dr. Smith and his staff are professional, patient, and friendly. They have advanced equipment for eye checkup. Very easy to make urgent appointment. Waiting time between 0 to 10 minutes. My 3 kids are wearing OK lens at night so they dont need to wear anything during the day. Dr. Smith suggested a more breathable, comfortable, and yet more affortable lens for them. Dr. Smith is here to help, not just running a business. I will highly recommand Dr. Smith to those who has vision needs.

I have been using Dr. Smith for many years, as he had been recommended to me by another optometrist who was moving. His staff is friendly and helpful. He is one of the most thorough, patient doctors I know. He checks your eyes, not just for the prescription you need, but for the health of your eye as well. He even explained to me how the eyes can reflect other health issues in the body. I trust him completely, and recommend him whole-heartedly.

LOVE Dr. Smith, so much so that even though I moved 2 hrs away I refuse to find a new eye doctor and keep coming back to NJ to see him. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They also have a lot of patience with patients like me who are very particular about their frames and spend forever trying to figure out what they like. Everyone is very thorough and willing to answer any questions you may have.

I have been going to Dr. Smith for 2 years. His office is warm and friendly and the staff is attentive. Dr. Smith always takes the time to explain his findings and even teaches you new information about the anatomy of the eye. His staff takes the time to assist with the perfect selection of glasses. They seem to really love what they do and it shows with the excellent care they provide.

Dr. Smith is extremely knowledgeable and sensitive to each patients particular condition. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. We now have the whole family (wife & 2 sons) as patients and we couldnt be happier with the treatment and care that we receive.

I dont live in the area anymore, moved away over 10 years ago, but I still keep going back. I know I wont find anyone quite like Dr Smith. He takes his time, explains everything, he really understands...I love him, hes great! His office is clean , the staff is nice & helpful, and you never wait more then 5 minutes. I wish all doctors ran their practice this way.

I have been going here for over 10 years and cant wait to start bringing my children here. I have had other family members go here and nothing but the best care has been done. They always are very thorough in everything and provide the best solution based on what you really need. Everyone is very helpful and kind. You dont find this kind of practice often.

The office team is warm, professional, courteous, friendly (especially with my 5 year old, she LOVES THEM ALL), and extremely knowlegable.
