Went in for initial consultation that has to happen before you can have a cleaning. My appointment was at 3:00, I wasnt taken back until 3:30. I had x-rays taken, then was led to another waiting area and was told they had to clean a room for me. I waited roughly another 20 minutes in this waiting room. I was finally taken to an exam room where I was told to wait for the dentist to examine me. After 45 minutes of sitting alone in a chair without anyone telling me what was going on, the dentist finally came in. He poked around at my teeth for about 1 minute then told me I would need a cleaning. (Which I already knew and was the entire purpose of making the appointment). He then left and told me someone would be in to talk about making another appointment. I waited another 20 minutes until someone came in and walked me to the desk to schedule a cleaning. At this point, I was ready to walk out but having already wasted 2 1/2 hours at this office, I figured I might as well go through with a cleaning and scheduled it two days later. I was shocked to learn I had to put a deposit down just to make an appointment. I have never had a medical procedure work in such a way. I left very annoyed and having wasted 2.5 hours of my time wherein I only saw employees for about 15 minutes of that time. Coming back for my cleaning, I was not excited. The cleaning did not take nearly as long as the consultation and was adequate, however I have no intentions of using this facility again.

There is NO waiting at this office and as soon as you go to the back of the office its like a circus. Such a festive environment. They talk to you and dont just stuff you in a room like a science project. You are well addressed and taken care of. If you are not aware of their way of doing things you might get offended because they like to joke around. I went got a follow up to my wisdom tooth extraction and one of the assistants told me to walk to the left well I repeated her and said "To the left to the left" and then one of the other assistants said No to the right, and I said well I just got off work so im going to the get the direction wrong, lol They work long days at this office but they still make it comfortable for the patient even after the surgery. They will always make sure you dont feel anything. You have to speak up and tell them and they will adjust it to your liking. Also the financing at this place is just what they quote you. Two wisdom tooth extractions for less than what most other dentists charge these days. You get a smile from each of them from the time you enter the office to the time you leave. Dr. Ajay even asks who has any trouble repeating his name. (Hes from Africa and he says its fun to hear people try to say his name right, lol)

They were very nice, helpful and informative. I had a check up and wisdom teeth taken out. The oral surgeon was extremely helpful. The staff is great, however they did schedule a cleaning two days after my wisdom teeth surgery. I called to make sure that definitely was ok. When they asked the dentist they learned it actually wasnt ok and Id need to wait. During the check up appointment, I also specifically asked if I would be sedated for wisdom teeth surgery and was told I wouldnt be. I ate the day of surgery and was surprised to find out that I was, in fact, supposed to be sedated. These issues worked themselves out, and I realize the staff doesnt necessarily have all the answers the dentists and surgeons would have, but it did cause a bit of confusion that could have been avoided.

Hate to give such a low rating because everyone was so nice but, clueless and not professional. Dont know if the office staff are new employees to the company but when dealing with clients they all did a lot of running around asking questions. That didnt bother me at first just made the whole process very slow. When it really bothered me was during my cleaning one of the office staff came in the room with an issue and rudely interrupted my cleaning a total of four times. The last time she entered the room the hygienist was explaining the gum cancer screening to me and the lady entered and started talking with not even saying excuse me. I felt my time was valuable and for the procedures I had it shouldnt have taken three hours because they didnt have but a few patients.

I started the process to get new dentures on Nov 30, 2015, and just returned home with my gorgeous new dentures, 1/13/2016. I had a very positive experience with the Longview, TX office; both staff and Dentists were friendly, courteous and let me know everything that would be taking place so there would be no surprises. They took some extra time with fitting the bottom denture since I have very little bone there, but now that denture fits far better than the dentures I had before. Frankly, after reading some of the negative reviews, I was skeptical and fearful, but I guess no two people can experience the same thing, since I only have great things to say about Aspen Dental. I finally have the smile I always wanted.

I was totally ignored for the first 10 minutes I was there from the time I walked through the door and signed in. The dentist was very rough with me and caused a lot of pain. He didnt numb the inside of my gums before putting the needle in and it brought me to tears. I told him it wasnt numb but he proceeded anyway. When I called and made the appointment I asked how much it would cost and she told me, but I also asked her if that included my dental plan, and she said yes. They charged me full price and told me on the phone just now that they didnt show a dental plan for me on file. These people dont listen worth a flip!! Totally unprofessional.

I like everything about my first visit but just one thing that after the doc checked me abd everything but they made me wait and wait at first in the room and then told me to wait outside in the sitting area for 1 hour which wasted my 3:30 hours so I would bot go to some doc and wait for that long and nobody likes to be waiting for that long cmon now and then the finance lady wasted another 30 mins so i was in there from 2:50 pm until 5:50 which isnt fair im not free to be in there that long i got things to do! But other then that they need to focus on their customer deliveries which isnt good the rest of the visit was fine!

I would highly recommend Asen Dental. The staff is always friendly and very helpful ! Not just on the phone , but in the office as well ! My husband got Veneers and caps .They look beautiful! The staff took such good care of him, making sure he was comfortable during the procedures. The follow ups were great ! Dr. AJ is very thorough in his exams. A wonderful man and Dentist ! The dental hygienist Lori ,well ,we just can not say enough good things about her! She is a doll! The Office staff ! THEY are ALL Amazing! For both my husband and myself we would definitely recommend ! Thank you ASPEN!
